Kona is a very relaxing location, not to say there isn't plenty of night life, but if your looking to 'party like it is 1999' you will probably be happier going to Maui :-0

This condo was in the perfect location. Walking distance to so much! The sofa beds were even comfy! We would definitely stay here again!!!
Great location, nice clean property.
The property's location was in the middle of all the restaurants and shops right on ali'i drive but we did not have any noisy nights or days, its a very quiet complex. There is a smaller beach about a 5 minute walk away but if you want to really experience the big island you definitely need a car.
Everything we needed was provided in the unit, beach accessories, towels, coolers, etc. There were even snorkel fins, but no snorkel or mask. Property was very clean, we were there for a wedding so there were a big group of us scattered throughout kona and we were the only ones who did not have an ant or cockroach issue which I was extremely happy about! The owner responds very quickly if you have any questions. The building is very secure, elevators are always locked and outside gates are locked after dark so don't forget your key. Just a tip, we had a lot of problems getting cabs so the third day we finally realized Uber is the way to go!

Everything was great. Instructions and directions to the place were exactly as stated. Was nice to have beach towels and beach chairs and umbrella in the unit. Bed was very comfortable...I really can’t find anything to complain about that is major enough to tell anyone about. Internet was surprisingly fast. The place was clean on arrival with some nice extras like coffee and some other extras like tea and sugar. I would like to stay here again some time in the future. Thanks for everything
Comfortable condo in perfect location
This condo is very comfortable and is well equipped everything you need (unless you need air conditioning, which I neither need nor want); the wifi is reliable. The location is ideal - easy to walk to anything in Kailua-Kona village. The owner is very good at responding to questions and the arrival information was excellent (except late arrival directions are needed since when the building is locked for the night seems to vary). I hope to return.
This place is in such an ideal place you can walk to anything in Kona! It also has a dedicated parking spot, which is priceless around the Christmas holiday. The condo has plenty of space and 2 bathrooms (however small) plus a kitchen with just about everything you could ask for. With the bedroom window open and the sliding glass door open we had a WONDERFUL breeze, we even used the light comfortable on the bed. There are signs all over the place saying when your walking down the aisle outside be mindful that you are walking next to folks bedroom windows, needless to say not everyone pays attention to those signs. Having a washer and dryer is priceless, do NOT over pack. The condo will sleep 6, just know that 4 of those people will be sleeping on a pull out couchs in the living room, great for kids.
We only encountered 2 minor issues. First there were TONS of instructions for when you arrive and how to get into the building, unfortunately they weren't exactly correct. After being up for almost 24 hours we were very tired when we arrived. We did manage to figure it out but it would be very helpful if the instructions were updated, the back door is locked after a certain hour and the first door you come to inside also requires a key which you don't have when you arrive. The second thing was the vents up at the ceiling were very dirty and could really use a good cleaning!
We will certainly stay here again, I loved walking to breakfast and being able to go to a nice dinner in town and walk home after a wonderful day in the sun. It's a fantastic place for a great price.
Thank you for your input, I will ask my house keeper to clean those vents. In the future I will make sure to ask my guest when they are scheduled to arrive, so I make sure they get “after hours” instructions on how to obtain the keys if need be.
Very nice place has every thing you need.Great location. Clean, stays cool. Only thing is pool very cold. Good on hot day. We will use again.
