We grew up in Santa Barbara and know it to be a magical place.
Jill purchased this house in 2009
West Beach is such a happy place. This home is in a vibrant vacation destination, but tucked back just enough to provide a private, comfortable, quiet escape.

My family and I stayed here over the Christmas holiday and we had a great time! The house is wonderful and ideally located, close to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. Check in and out was very easy. Both the owner Jill and the property manager Kelly were super nice and helpful. Bikes available for free are a plus, and they even left a baby crib at our disposal. My family and I would love to come back during their next visit from France! Highly recommend it! Thank you so much!
Really nice house. Well maintained walking distance to downtown. Would recommend!
I really can't think of even one time during our stay in your home when we said..."Oh I
wish the house had..." You really thought of everything. My husband and I rent a house
right on the beach in Gulf Shores every summer for our children, their spouses, and our grandchildren. We now number 19 with a 10th grandchild due in March. We have to drag
beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas etc.. Our Suburban looks like the Beverly Hillbillies
coming to town. Thank for being so kind in supplying EVERYTHING ! We used the bikes,
the beach umbrellas, and beach chairs.
The family friend we were having a reunion with rents a home in Santa Barbara for the
month of Sept. every year. She made reservations at Bacara, El Encanto, Ojai Valley Inn, and
Lark. They were all fantastic! We also had brunch at Shoreline and Jeanne's in Montecito.
Had to check out where Oprah lives! I would recommend these places too.
We really had a great time. As I said before...it doesn't get any better than this.

We absolutely loved our first stay in Santa Barbara. Jill's home was perfect in every respect. We were close enough to everything to walk. The neighborhood was peaceful at night. Kelly, her property manager, stopped by twice to make sure we were fully enjoying our stay. She gave us some valuable tips about places of interest and restaurants. We are planning a return trip.
You will love this home ! location ,lay out, furnishings, and a very well stocked kitchen are all first rate. It is a wonderful home from which to visit all the wonderful sights of Santa Barbara.
I assure you, you will not be dissipointed.
Just returned from a three night stay with 5 adults and a toddler. Great location, can walk to downtown, wharf, harbor or even ride bikes that are included with the rental. The kitchen is large with high end appliances and has everything you need. The family room is very cozy, and the master bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in. Owner's did not spare any expense in this remodel including nice furniture and fixtures. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood and loved the 2nd story patio to have coffee or sip wine in the evening. Would highly recommend!
Just a half block to the beach. The picturesque Santa Barbara Harbor is just 2 blocks away. Go whale watching, kayaking, or sail to the Channel Islands. A short walk to Stearn's Wharf takes you to the Aquarium, fine restaurants, pier fishing, boat tours, and friendly pelicans.
Walk to State Street. Shop, dine, sample world-class wines, visit the theater, take in the architecture.
Pack a picnic and head to the beach. Visit the Queen of the California Missions. Hike the spectacular Santa Barbara back country.
