This property has it all! This beautiful property is located in a quiet, centrally located Anchorage neighborhood with great mountain views! This is the perfect home for anyone visiting Anchorage on vacation or for business with easy access to downtown (10-15 minutes) and most other Anchorage attractions.

Luxury and comfort meet with this 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath side-by-side duplex home. (Both sides sometimes available... please ask if you need more space.) Relax in the big cozy leather couches...start a fire with a flick of a switch in the gas fireplace... create a home cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen or BBQ on your propane grill just outside... you decide. Either way, you will have everything you need to create a home-away-from-home while experiencing Alaska.

This property also has a beautiful landscaped back yard to get out and enjoy the Alaskan outdoors. Each side is separated for your privacy by a dividing fence. There are Lilac trees and bushes, Crab Apple trees, Rhubarb, Raspberry bushes, Roses, and flowers galoren in the summer! For all of you Birders, this is a great location to backyard bird with many feeders out to attract that next bird on your list! You will not want to leave the backyard if you visit us in the summer months. We provide plenty of outdoor furniture, a your own propane BBQ and a outdoor fire pit so you won't have to!

The property is just 3 short blocks from Campbell Creek park (less than 5 minute walk) where you can take a leisurely stroll along the well maintained trails leading directly into the Chugach National Forest. There you will have an opportunity to see Alaska's wildlife. Although we get plenty of neighborhood moose who frequent the property. If you are a fishing enthusiast, during certain dates in July and August, you can fish for Alaskan Silver Salmon right from Campbell Creek!

About Welcome Home Vacation Rentals

I can proudly say I have lived in Alaska for most of my life. I was raised in Homer, Alaska and decided to move to Anchorage over 15 years ago. Anchorage is a great place to make your home base while discovering all that Alaska has to offer. I absolutely LOVE the location of this property. Only a 5-10 minute drive to downtown or midtown and only about 15 minutes from the airport. It is a quiet residential neighborhood, near many parks and trails. Everything is at your doorstep...including the neighborhood moose quite often!

This is a great home for families, couples traveling together, and especially those who like to have outdoor space. The location is ideal!

We love the Campbell Creek property! We have returned for our second year and stay several months. It is like a second home to us. The location is ideal to all of Anchorage and the outdoor space is amazing and very private. The home has everything you could need and is really quiet and comfortable. The Campbell Creek B is a beautiful side-by-side duplex, located in a quiet central Anchorage neighborhood. It is only 10 minutes to downtown, 5 minutes to midtown and 15 from the airport by car. We are close to major bus lines if you do not wish to rent a car but it is recommended.

Had a wonderful stay, we enjoyed having a fenced in yard for our little ones to play in and not having them stuck in a hotel room. The older kids enjoyed our walks to the park and playing there. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for our large family. Also loved getting apples off the trees out back.

We had our first Alaskan adventure while staying in this cozy cottage. It felt woodsy although it's close to town and definitely a great location for daily sight-seeing excursions. The home itself is modern and comfortable and the kitchen is make-a-meal ready, and the fenced backyard offers privacy, atmosphere, and a bbq grill. However, we also enjoyed trying out the numerous restaurants and eateries nearby.

You will receive a check-in letter within 3 days of booking unless your arrival date is within 3 days in which case it will be sent within 24 hours. All of our properties have combination locks allowing for flexible check-in and check-out. Check-In Time: 3PM or Later

The check-in letter will include the following:

Address of the property you reserved
Your check-in code for the combination lock
Any particulars specific to the property
Owner contact information

Check-out time is 11AM sharp due to the time required to clean the property for the next renter. Our cleaning service will arrive at 11AM. If you would like to request a late check-out of 3PM, the charge will be 25% of your daily rate and it MUST BE APPROVED in advance by the owner of the property. (24 hours prior) Please see the check-out procedures for your rental in the property binder to avoid added cleaning fees.

Cancellation Policy:

If you have to cancel at any time, we will make every effort to rebook the property and refund the amount we are able to recover less a 25% re-booking fee.

Deposit (Short Term Rentals 30 days or less):

A 50% deposit is due at time of booking and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. If less than 30 days prior to arrival, the entire balance will be billed. Monthly rentals deposits will be negotiated per property.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • Canceled bookings will not receive a refund
