On level 1 is the game room/dining room; 1/2 bath, and laundry facilities. The main level (2) has the kitchen, eating area, den, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and small balcony. The roomy queen bedroom has a 32' LCD flat screen TV and plenty of closet space. The 3rd 'comfy' bedroom has a full size bed. Unwind in the beautiful private master bedroom on the 3rd level with a king-size bed, bathroom, walk-in closet and a 32' LCD flat screen TV.

New hardwood floors in the game room, kitchen and den areas. A propane gas grill is available for your use. There is a community pool and a greenbelt area just a steps away.

Park Central is within the Augusta Ranch Golf Community. The golf course is located about 2 blocks away. The pool is within Park Central approximately 50 yards from townhouse. Besides the 2 TVs mentioned--one in each of 2 bedrooms, there also is a 47' LG flat screen in living area (all TVs are new; DirecTV is provider)

We fell in love with the Mesa area and purchased this townhome to enjoy and to share with others. The whole Phoenix area is wonderful and the weather is beautiful! My wife is a retired high school teacher and I am retired from the paper industry.

Great Location

We like to hike in the Tonto Reserve and Superstition Mountain area so this property is ideally located for that. The Augusta Ranch area is great for local walks as well

The condo is clean, modern and well cared for. A nice plus is the large TV with a very good DVR.

Gail and Jay were only a phone call or email away if we required anything.

All in all a great month.

Our month of February 2013

This was the second year that we stayed in this townhouse. We came back for all the reasons we mentioned last year. It was very clean, well stocked for our needs, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was very convienent for all we wanted to do. We also really appreciated the double garage for parking and for storage. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Thank you Gail and Jay for a wonderful experience.

A Winter Vacation

We just returned from a month stay at this beautiful townhouse. We found it to be spotlessly clean which we really appreciated. The owners were very helpful and kept in contact with us. We appreciated the double garage for easy access to our car and for storing golf clubs, gifts, etc. The location was excellent because of the close proximity to Highway 60 and 202. It was well stocked and very comfortable. We hope to stay again.
