Queen of Gatlinburg is a lovely place and convenient to everything. Our staff and wives enjoyed a few days of relaxing and bonding and would highly recommend this location. We plan to come back with our families as soon as we can work it out.
Queen of Gatlinburg
Everything about this place was great. Could not ask for a place more perfect for a large group.
Excellent large home for Gatlinburg
There were many things to be very pleased with:
Supplies - quantity of glasses, plates, bowls, silverware, glassware was outstanding, best ever
- adequate paper towels, toilet paper (no Kleenex)
- nice beds, towels, washcloths and hand towels
- 4 salt and 4 pepper shakers - very nice, not something you want to buy for a week
- soap for dishes - hand wash and dishwasher
- plentiful pots, pans, baking sheets, etc.
- comfortable beds, chairs, sofas for seating
- plentiful parking
Finding the place at 2:00 am. VERY clear directions provided, but it was a challenge
Bath soap - 1 small bar to share between bath sink and shower/tub
Bear proof trash containers being repaired, but the support staff on the phone were outstanding, able to come at a moments notice to pick up trash
Walk to town (1 vehicle, 5 guys, different schedules) - found some steps to the right of the house that shortened the walk, but it was still about 30 minutes to the convention center. We did a lot of walking. But, it is WAY more walkable than any house up the hill overlooking Gatlinburg
Great Family retreat
We had a great stay at the Queen of Gatlinburg. The location is very convenient and close to all main attractions. The home was wonderfu! the new spa was fantastic (it is a large hot tub with turbo jets to swim if desired). The upstairs entertainment area was great for the kids of all ages. Would highly recommend and likely stay again.
Wonderful Family Get Away
The Queen of Gatlinburg is exactly that! What a decorative and cozy cabin. We recently visited on 1/25/18 for a long family weekend and we couldn't be more pleased. The property was very clean and the staff was so nice. We'll definitely be making more reservations in the future!!!
We brought the family to celebrate my husbands 71st birthday. There were 12 of us plus a baby.
The house is lovely and has a well stocked kitchen. This was important as we cooked in all weekend. The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. If it had not been so cold we would have enjoyed the short walk to catch the trolley for exploring Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The house is beautifully decorated. We enjoyed that the Christmas tree was still up as the holiday season slips away. Altogether a great weekend.
