Located at the base of the Canyons Ski Resort (Utah's largest ski mountain), this fabulous four bedroom, four bath townhouse is perfect for your winter ski vacation. Just 200 yards away, you can catch the Cabroilet lift right up to the base of the mountain, and be on your way in just minutes.

Our townhouse has been recently updated with air conditioning, new living room decor, and new linens. We also recently remodeled our kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and new hardwood flooring and ceramic tile on the main floor. The dining room has seating for eleven with eight at the table and an additional three at the bar. The kitchen is stocked with quality dishes, glasses, utensils, kitchen gadgets, small appliances, basic condiments and spices.

In the living room, you'll love relaxing in front of the gas fireplace, or enjoying the beautiful mountain view from the large windows. There is wall mounted flat screen TV with a DVD/VCR tucked away in a nearby cabinet, and just off the living area is a private balcony with a breathtaking mountain view. The balcony is equipped with a deluxe propane grill and patio chairs.

Our four bedrooms will sleep eleven comfortably and all have been updated with beautiful bed coverings, window treatments and lovely paintings and contemporary art pieces. Two bedroom suites are located downstairs, both have a queen and a twin, and each has a private bath. The master suite is upstairs and has a king size bed, private bath with whirlpool tub, fireplace, and vaulted ceiling. The main floor has a bunkroom (twin over full), and also has its own private bath.

We think we have just about the best location in Park City! Shopping, grocery stores, historic Main Street, restaurants and Tanger Outlet Mall ... all just about 5 to 10 minutes away. Park City Ski Resort is 4 miles away, and Deer Valley is just 7 miles!

For our SUMMER GUESTS, you will have a short walk to the clubhouse to enjoy the 2 large outdoor pools, (one is heated and open all winter!) a children's pool, tennis courts, volleyball courts and picnic area. The two hot-tubs and a sauna are available for guests all year long.

We provide parking for two cars, one covered. The quiet complex is well maintained and secured. This townhouse is a 'No Smoking' and 'No Pets' accommodation.

Nestled in the Wasatch Range of Utah at the Base of the New Canyons Ski Resort, this townhouse is perfectly located for your winter ski trip, or summer vacations.

We have four, four bedroom townhomes at Red Pine. All close together and perfect for teams, family reunions, wedding party lodging, etc.

The weekend was PHENOMINAL! The home was warm, welcoming, and comfortable. I hope we left it cleaner than we got it (fat chance) we left a few extra large whit towels for you and some Vodka. Most of us are not big drinkers so we didn’t have much. If all is well we would certainly like to rent it again next year.

December 2016 Christmas!

My family and my fiancée’s family decided to spend the 2016 Christmas Holiday in Park City from Dec. 22 through Dec 31, and Jean’s home was wonderful!! Everything was just as she shows in the photos, and there was plenty of parking for 2 full size vehicles in the driveway. The F150 fit in both spots.

We were able to accommodate 9 adults and 1 baby very comfortably. The 4 bathrooms in the location made getting ready easy, while the second floor living/family area made it easy for everyone to spend quality time together. The dining table was large enough to allow us all to eat dinner and play games together. The amenities like the heated pool and hot tub were very accessible at just a short walk away (2 minutes on foot from the doorstep).

The close location of this home in relation to the Canyons resort made it perfect for hitting the slopes on a daily basis, we typically walked to the Gondola at the base of Canyons to the general parking lot and then we’d walk down from the base to the condo. It was very convenient that we didn't have to wake up early and fight for a parking spot or wait on a bus to bring us back. This location and home are a steal for the access you get. The bus route was down the road if we wanted to travel to downtown Park City.

Jean has been one of the nicest people that I’ve dealt with for any of these vacations rentals - very sincere and accommodating. She ensured we had everything that was needed for the less than 1-year-old in addition to what was outlined in the listing. Daily check-ins to ensure we were doing alright, and arrived with no issues.

I would 10/10 recommend staying in this home. Our families couldn’t say enough about how much fun they had.

Great place for our ski trip!

We stayed here with a mixed group - couple, singles, and a family with 2 young kids. The place worked well for us. The bedrooms on the lower level with the queen & single in each was great. The master bedroom is spacious. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and grilling one night as well. The dining table fit all of us and the living room furniture is quite comfy for lounging. The community pool/hot tub is wonderful and quick walk from the home. We walked easily to the lifts, just depends on your preference (walking in snowboard boots much easier than ski boots). Easy to get around if you have a car or want to take the free bus.

Great place for a large group

We stayed here with a large group and it was perfect. The kitchen is probably the best stocked of any vrbo that we have stayed in. There were lots of spices and extras left by the owners and previous guests. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for everyone. There is a short walk to the lifts and you can almost ski or board home. My only advice would be, don't turn the dishwasher on until everyone has had a shower unless you like cold showers. We would love to stay here again.

Awesome Time!

We came with our family of 6 children ages 16years -6 months. Our 13 year old brought a friend and we let grandma and grandpa join in the fun. We had the best time at this condo. What I liked the best was that each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The privacy was great and the public area was wonderful. The best combination of both worlds. The beds were so comfortable and the washer and dryer were a blessing.

Wonderful condo and great owner.

We really enjoyed our week in Park City and at this condo. We travel a lot and have stayed in many condos and rate this condo as one of the best. We had 6 avid skiers, 2 couples and 2 adult singles and the condo was perfect for our group with separate bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. It is well located in Park City, with an easy walk or drive with free parking to the cabriolet lift at The Canyons. It also is a convenient drive to all of the Salt Lake City area resorts. The kitchen is well stocked for eating in and for fun dinners with a large group of our local friends. The condo is extremely clean, comfortable, and well managed. 3 floors make the space private when appropriate and the kitchen/living areas were very accommodating and comfortable for the whole group. The hot tubs, sauna and pool are convenient and very welcome at the end of the day. The owner could not be more attentive, helping with restaurant suggestions, lift tickets, and just checking in to make sure everything was OK. I would highly recommend this very warm and inviting condo.
