Our high end unit condo in the Yarrow building is fully renovated and in a highly desirable location within the exclusive Aspens community. It has been "off the market" for over a year because we are building a home here in the Aspens (new listing#1095217) and have owner-occupied the unit. It is available again beginning February 28, 2017. You can view our other listings #630924 and #684159 to see our standards and service have remained consistent.

Please note that this unit is also available as a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom rental (normally 1 bed/bath is locked off) for an additional cost of 25% rent and an increase in cleaning fee from $125 to $150 per stay.

The living and dining areas in this condo are significantly larger than that of the other one bedrooms found in the area and the floor to ceiling windows provide unbeatable natural lighting. The building is in an ideal location that is quiet with a year-round stream and aspens off the serene patio deck. Friendly moose are frequent visitors to the stream and yard (see the photos!)

The building is perfectly located within the community with just a short walk to the local bus service and amenities such the grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, ATM, and fitness center. The community has direct access to many miles of bike paths where you can rollerblade, walk, and of course bike. For those with children the community playground is only a short walk away. In this location you have privacy, views and convenience.

The condominium is unusually well equipped. It is very well furnished with a large lodgepole dining room table, new stainless steel appliances and everything you will need for your stay. It is also equipped with Digital HD cable and 52” flat screen, broadband WiFi, Blu-Ray/DVD and unlimited long distance phone service. You can be assured you will not find a better equipped unit or location within the Aspens.

If you are unfamiliar with the Aspens community, it offers a great central location to access the best the Jackson Hole area has to offer. Hop on the START bus and in 5 minutes you're at the base of Teton Village and ready to hit the slopes for the best skiing on earth! The secret south entrance to Grand Teton National Park is also just 4 miles from the condo. And of course the town of Jackson is only 6 miles away where you can see the famous town attractions such as the elk antler arches and the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar.

What makes this condo unique

I personally own and manage this property myself and you will receive first class service and attention to detail. Most of the other properties in the area are managed by property management companies.

There is an on site Athletic Club and pool (available for a temporary membership fee) and complimentary tennis courts. On site famous Stieglers restaurant. Calico Italian Restaurant and Q Roadhouse are right down the road. On site local market and liquor store, ATM, Starbucks and UPS Store. Moose are frequent visitors to the area and can often be spotted from the deck and panoramic windows that offer 270 degree views. There is a year round stream that runs next to the condo and the playground is only a short walk. Our condo is located in the Yarrow building which is in a highly desirable location. From our condo a local upscale market/deli and Liquor store are just a 3 minute walk away. There are hike and bike trails minutes (walking) from the condo as well as a gym, restaurants and spas. Hop on the START bus and in 5 minutes you're at the base of Teton Village and ready to hit the slopes for the best skiing on earth! The town of Jackson is roughly 10 minutes away where you can experience delicious restaurants, shopping, theater and the local nightlife. Ski shuttle bus stops in front of condo complex.

Would love to come back!

This unit has everything that is important to me. A very well appointed kitchen with very good quality and quantity of cookware, cutlery and dinnerware. The flat screen TV is large and of good quality with many cable channels. Finally, the bed is very comfortable and the bath is updated and functional. Also,the location is perfect for those wishing to include the town of Jackson along with visits to Grand Teton NP or Jackson Hole Villiage.

I am a frequent user of vacation rentals and this is at the top of what you would expect. This is not a typical "rental property". This unit feels more like a frequently used second home that is available for rent when not in use.

Beautiful!

We really enjoyed our stay! The Aspens is quiet and perfect for visiting the Tetons and Jackson. The condo is large, nicely decorated and very comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you'd need. It's a quick drive to the entrance for Teton NP. Would recommend a stay here and hope to return again some day!

Spacious, well-equipped "tree house" in Wilson

We felt as if we were staying in a tree house the moment we walked into this condo in The Aspens! The view from the living room, with walls of glass, made us feel like there was no one else around. We arrived on one of those rare summer nights when it was raining and cold enough to need a fire in the fireplace. There was an ample supply of wood behind the back porch, and we found long matches in a drawer. Pretty much everything a guest would need was supplied, and we were pleased to have a washer and dryer for our use after hiking all afternoon. Wilson is a well-kept secret for those who frequent the Tetons and want to avoid the traffic and crowds of Jackson, and The Aspens has a well-stocked and upscale grocery store with a wine store right next door. There is no need to make the short drive into Jackson, although there are several bigger grocery stores there. Why bother?

The furniture was more contemporary than what we had seen in the photos of other Aspen condos, and the remodeled kitchen and bathroom were a pleasure to use. We enjoyed lounging on the soft mock suede sofa that comes with a chaise in an L shape, and just looking out the windows and watching the TV. Fortunately, there were great directions on how to access the electronics without any problems at all. There was easy parking right in front of our unit and a friendly neighbor next door.

If we have a criticism, it would be that some of the kitchen items, such as the cutting boards, could be replaced with something fresher, and the patio furniture looked worn and weathered. We didn't sit outside for that reason, nor did we use the propane BBQ which also seemed a bit worn.

But we would love to return--this is one of the best units in the complex--on a corner with a little bit of grass and peaceful as a meadow that made us feel like home. Check out the other condos available in The Aspens, and you will find that this one is a real gem.

Beautiful!

We loved this place! Wonderful, open lay-out. Large windows with multiple trees. Gorgeously decorated! Air-conditioned. Everything you would hope for in a rental home! Cameron is awesome - so friendly and helpful! We couldn't have been happier! I definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again!!!

Amazing property and condo for the price!

The Aspens property is gorgeous and can't be beat with the grocery/market on site and placement between Teton Village and downtown Jackson. The condo was exactly what we needed for two people. Our only complaint is that the bathroom doesn't have much space aside from a small shelf that was placed next to the sink. Everything else was great. We especially loved the huge windows and view along with the patio for lounging. Would absolutely rent again if we come back!

Awesome place to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was a quiet community and a good location for visiting the Tetons and the town of Jackson. The condo was very comfortable and clean, and had everything you might need or want. The kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes and cookware. The windows throughout the living room were incredible, especially to watch wildlife. Cameron was very easy to get in contact with. We loved our time here and would recommend the condo to anyone. We hope to return sometime in the future!
