About this property

Coastal Breeze is a newly remodeled and updated three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom beach home just a short walk from the pedestrian beach of Surfside. The front deck has excellent views of the coast with a shaded dining table to enjoy the views as you relax. Upper observation deck opens up even more expansive views of the island and bay. There is also a picnic table with charcoal grill, semi-enclosed shower and double swing downstairs in the shade of the house.

GREAT HOUSE!

This is a GREAT house and good location! We usually stay beach front on pedestrian beach but our usual go-to spots were already booked when we got ready to make our reservations this year. This house is a very short walk to the beach and the house itself is really great! It is in great shape, was very clean, comfortable, and cute! WE LOVED IT!! The host was great. I had a few questions along the way and he responded very quickly to each of them, which made planning so easy. We will definitely be back!

Great house and location

This is a great house for a beach getaway. We had a girl's weekend and there was plenty of room for the 7 of us. The beach was super close and we were within walking distance of a local bar (Sharkies). The property manager was super quick with their response when contacted. In all, we were very pleased with our stay!

Great house ,everything was clean and neat. House was walking distance to the beach and had plenty of room for all of us . Great views from the front and upper porches !
