Make yourself at home at our typically Parisian apartment on rue Caulaincourt, one of the loveliest, tree-lined streets in Montmartre.
This spacious apartment (100 square meters - 1076 square feet) is perfectly suited for families and groups, with three separate bedrooms, a large bathroom with a shower/bath combo, and a separate WC (toilet room). Two large bedrooms have queen-sized beds and built-in custom closets, while the third bedroom has two twin beds and a large armoire. All bedrooms are located off a hallway and insure privacy and comfort for all guests.
The living room area is huge, with a large dining table and buffet one one side and a comfortable salon area for relaxing. Street views from the windows are perfectly Parisian - pull up a chair and watch the world go by!
Bathroom includes combination tub/shower, vanity area & storage; basic toiletries provided. WC (toilet room) is separate and next to the main bathroom in the apartment. Both are off the central hallway in the apartment so all bedrooms can easily access the bathroom without disturbing anyone.
If you need to work, no worries! You'll be connected with WiFi Internet access and also have free calls to landlines in most countries from the apartment telephone including the US, Canada and Australia.
The architecture along rue Caulaincourt is irresistible, as are its boutiques, bistros and bakeries! We hope you'll find all you need for a welcoming and comfortable stay to Paris, while immersing yourself in the history of this delightful neighborhood. Your metro station is Lamarck-Caulaincourt on the 12 metro line and is less than a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

We bought this property because it is in a charming neighborhood, and makes us feel like we're really a part of Paris life when we are there.
Easy access to all of Paris - lovely walks and terrific food markets (Amelie neighborhood), with a terrific bakery (featured in the movie 'Julie and Julia') right outside the front door!
The property is perfectly situated in a building that is quiet (rules in place from 9 PM - 9 AM) and safe. The street is full of shops and restaurants that make apartment living convenient (and apartment cooking easy). Well equipped kitchen, with enough plates, cups, pots and pans to make eating in a pleasure - and loads of lovely restaurants nearby for eating out. Basic amenities, including dishwasher detergent and washing machine detergent, are provided. The linens were plentiful and of high quality. HUGE bedrooms with comfortable beds and loads of space in the lounge/dining area. Toilet is separate from main washroom, which makes things easier when traveling with a party of six. Excellent concierge service, and comprehensive Blue Binder or Useful Information. Very, very satisfied with our stay. As of February 2017, there is construction next door. Workmen not supposed to start before 8 AM. Apartment management very responsive when we asked for clarification about the noise. We would happily return to this very reasonably priced flat! This was our second time to stay in the lovely Montmartre apartment and it was just as wonderful the second time around. Our family of six was traveling together through Europe for the summer. Everyone wondered why we weren't going back to Paris - so we changed up everything and stayed fewer nights in Scotland and Ireland just so we could go back to the Montmartre apartment. Everything you could possibly want or need is right at your disposal - shopping, groceries, attractions, the Metro, night life and food, food, food and more delicious food! All the rooms are comfortable and relaxing. We had some of our best times together in the spacious living room. We can't say enough about how much we love this apartment. Paula is so gracious and lovely to work with. We were so happy that the Boris Lume patisserie was open on this trip. We probably bought out their entire stock of baked deliciousness each morning. We all were just thrilled to be able to stay at this beautiful location again and are counting the days until we can return to what we call "Our Paris home away from home".
The apartment was perfect for our family of six. It is surrounded by cafes, wine stores, flower shop, hairdresser and many other amazing little shops.
Parking is close by ( ask instructions and direction before arriving).
We had a bakery, a pizza/restaurant right downstairs and a supermarket.
The only thing that we were not happy about was that we could not watch tv because it will freeze on us all the time.
Paula is a really nice lady to work with.
All you could want and more. We had 6 adults and it was very spacious. We all constantly remarked about the location. Simply can't imagine a better spot. From the friendliness of the neighborhood to the nearby eating and grocery stores, it was amazing. All the wonderful sights of Paris may actually pale in comparison to the Boulanger/Patisserie two steps out the front door. Each morning at least one of us was hanging out the window watching for them to open. A real highlight.
Paula was great and several times used the driver, Hakim, that she recommended. That was a tremendous plus.
All of us were very grateful for the opportunity to have stayed in such a special place.
We loved our apartment. Three nice bedrooms, great family area for eating and lounging. Only thing we would change is one more bathroom - and maybe room darkening shades in two of the bedrooms. Paula is great and all that one might need its in a book she's compiled for the apartment. Had a great time in Paris.
Paula is a fabulous hostess. She has the apartment perfectly setup and takes time to explain how everything works. She also makes herself available to any need. The location is amazing.. Close to the metro and all kinds of restaurants.
