This is a Real Vacation Rental by Owner, like it should be on here! Not some unavailable management company operated unit. Our Calendar is ALWAYS up-to-date, if it shows available then IT IS available! Don't hesitate to contact us.

-Beautiful two bedrooms Duplex (two levels) Apartment, on second floor of new building with elevator, in the heart of Cannes. On the corner of the famous Rue D'Antibes the main shopping street; Less than 2-3 minutes walk to the beautiful Croisette Beaches, and Palais des Festivals where the famous Cannes Film Festival is held every year in May. Walk to all famous restaurants along the beaches of Cannes or go to the Marche (Market) around the corner to select the fresh produce of Provence or the catch of the day and cook it at home. Less than three minutes from the main train station where you can hop on a train to St. Tropez, Antibes, Juan les Pins, Nice, Monaco, and Italy.

If you rent a car, there is a covered parking about two blocks away near the train station. You could drive to Grasse, the perfume capital of the world; St Paul de Vence and Eze, among the most beautiful medieval villages. The Nice International Airport is about 20 minutes by car, or you can take the Airport Shuttle and stop in Cannes at a walking distance from the Apartment.

Entrance level: one spacious living room; nice furniture with TV, DVD player, Hi Fi, FREE HI-SPEED INTERNET, air conditioning. Equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, electric range, coffee machine, multiple cabinets. One full bathroom with a shower.

On the Second Level: two bedrooms. The master bedroom has two Queen Size beds, and the second bedroom has two Full Size beds, air conditioning, and multiple closets. A full bathroom with tub. Washer and dryer machines.

Hello Antoine,

We have returned from our fabulous vacation and wanted to say thank you!! Your apartment was just perfect for us and the location was exactly what we were looking for.



We were able to take advantage of the parking over at the train station (a great idea), and even ventured over to Italy to visit my cousins there. The drive was beautiful (about 4 hours) to Torino, and it was great to be able to leave our things behind and buzz over for the night.



We can honestly say that we didn't want to leave and wish we could have stayed longer!! Next time we will know better. : )



I put the towels in the wash and turned on the dishwasher before we left, hopefully this was helpful to the person who comes to clean.



Again, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we thank you for all of your help making it possible.

Lovely apartment in the Center of Cannes

I spent 3 nights with my 4 teenage boys at this location. Everything was in perfect condition. The sleeping accommodation was very comfortable, A/C in each bed room and living room. Two bathrooms with showers was great! Very quiet with great sound proofing from street noise. The WIFI worked great! Close walk to beach and shopping. Covered parking was available for pay 5 - 10 minutes away at $18. We found one place that would reduce the rates if booked online a day ahead. An actual stove would have been nice for food preparation, otherwise the kitchen was fully stocked (no food of course).

Simply perfect!

This is our second time staying here and it was just as perfect as it was the first time. Right in the heart of the city, walking distance to everything. Literally! Perfect working wifi, air conditioning, electric shades to block out early morning sun, plenty of space, comfy beds, and a stones throw from a charming farmers market that we visited daily. Landlord is super accommodating, responsive and helpful. Couldn't ask for more. We will absolutely stay again!

Spacious and well located but very noisey

My wife and I have just spent seven weeks in this apartment and while the apartment is spacious and well located we did experienced numerous problems which made our stay rather unpleasant.

Firstly, we arrived at the apartment to find the building hidden behind a huge amount of scaffolding which was being used to replace the roof tiles. This building work meant that for a full three weeks we were continually harassed by constant banging and crashing.

We also experienced continuous hammering, power tools noises and related construction noises from other apartments in the block.

At 5am on our first morning we were suddenly awoken by a loud banging and crashing accompanied by loud voices. We soon found out that there is a fresh produce and clothes market just a few meters away at the top of the street and the stall owners arrive in their trucks at 5am six days a week.

Next sitting in our unit we were suddenly bombarded by hugely loud music from the apartment directly across the corridor from this apartment. I soon found out that a very large African guy who, I am told, is a bouncer at a local club lives in that apartment and likes really, really, really loud music !!

Every Friday and Saturday night the local drunks frequent this area yelling at one another at the top of their voices unit around 4.30 am!!

These apartments are structured such that one can clearly hear the next door neighbours walking up and down their stairs, opening doors and closing cupboards etc to such a point that it seemed like they were walking up and down your stairs.

Onto electronics, over a period of three days we kept losing our internet service and TV channels. I finally solved this problem by doing a cold boot, three times, of both the Internet supply modem and the TV set-top box. Then the TV box stopped responding to commands from the handset!!

We found the double bed in the Master Bedroom was so narrow that we just could not sleep in the thing. We solved the problem by pushing the single bed in that room up to the double bed and then making the two beds up as one large bed.

On a positive note the Apartment is spacious, bright, very clean, pleasantly decorated, well equipped and well located.

Owner's Response: The roof construction was supposed to be done by end of January, before the arrival, but they had 4 weeks of constant rain in January, which delayed the project. The reservation was made one year ago, and I could not predict the roof project then, sorry about that. The music noise from the neighbors was just on one instance, and it got resolved, they did not know that the apartment was occupied. The Market noise is not really audible unless your windows are wide open at 7-8AM. The internet is like everywhere, internet providers have issues sometimes, and turning it on and off 3 times within a 7 weeks stay is not atypical. France does not have an amazing internet infrastructure outside of Paris, yet. You also did not mention the special price that I gave you for the stay, and my responsiveness to all your emails and requests, and all the instructions that I had given you before you arrived about resetting the internet (pressing a button and waiting few seconds). I think the review is unfair. But thank you for your business.
