Michelle & Rebecca bought this great condo in 1997 after a year searching for properties in the summit area. We loved the downtown area of Breckenridge and the proximity to Denver. Park Place was the perfect location to everything in Breckenridge. We look forward to enoying our condo with our families for many years!

Breckenridge was the perfect location for a winter and summer retreat. Located only 2 hours from the Denver Airport, you can ski the same day you arrive. In addition, Breckenridge is centrally located in The Summit which offers a variety of ski options (i.e. Keystone, Copper, Vail, Beaver Creek, A-basin, Loveland)at only minutes away. Summers are ideal for hiking and biking. Fall is absolutely spectacular with the beautiful colors!

Great location near town, tired accommodations.

We've stayed in Park Place Condos twice now. The location is great, just a short walk to main street. Accommodations are tired. The dryer lint trap falls out, allowing clothes to "escape" into the dryer vent. The steam shower door doesn't close completely. Toilet in laundry room had minor mechanical issue, didn't flush properly. Beds are pretty lumpy in the bunk/double room.

We'd go back, because we love the location and don't get too upset by minor inconveniences.

This is a great place for a large family or group of people. The location is excellent to both the mountain and downtown Breckenridge. The place is clean and reasonably stocked with items used during a stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Breckenridge.
