In a secluded location adjacent to the Royal Summer Palace, the house is one of a small development of 18, with private access to the beach and sea. It is close to the centre of Hua Hin with its many restaurants, bars, and other attractions, and also close to several excellent golf courses including the famous Royal Hua Hin course as well as the Khao Sam Roi Yod National Park to the south of the town, and the picturesque Namtok Pah La-u water falls to the west.
Hua Hin is located approx.189km to the south of Bangkok. In the 1920's the royal family built a palace at Hua Hin on the west shore of the Gulf of Siam and Hua Hin consequently became a popular seaside resort. Because of its royal patronage, it has attracted many tourists in recent years who are keen to avoid the seedy reputation of Pattaya.
There are excellent Thai and European restaurants here as well as great variety of shops, and the nightlife is refreshingly low key. For those wanting to cook at home there is an excellent fresh market with seafood, fruit, and vegetables as well as a well stocked supermarkets.
A car is desirable, and local rentals are available(details available on request). Chauffeured transfer between Bangkok Int'l Airport and Hua Hin costs approx. GBP29 plus the cost of petrol(approx.GBP22).
The property includes maid service to clean the house daily. For washing and ironing there is a small additional charge.

Fr:Anita Andersen 21/04/08:We have a wonderful stay in Hua Hin in the end we
didn't do to much exploring but it was great just to lay around the pool and
on the beach.
Fr:David Webster 29/12/07:Just to let you know that we had a great time in
Hua Hin. The weather was fantastic with sunshine every day and the location
of the house right on the Gulf was marvellous.
We spent a week at the house and hope to return again one day soon! The listing is accurate and the pictures don’t do it justice. The house is immaculate and well maintained. The setting is serene. The only other people we could see on the beach were the odd fisherman casting his line. No hawkers interrupting you to buy their wares like we were plagued with last year at Khao Takiab.
We didn't really cook much apart from breakfast as Hua Hin has lots of fabulous restaurants but the kitchen had every conceivable gadget you could want and some. There was plenty of crockery, cups and glasses in the kitchen.
Bathrooms had hot water, which was a first and welcome surprise in Thailand. There were plenty of towels, soap and loo rolls in the bathrooms.
All the bedrooms had air conditioning, very comfortable mattresses and great views of the coast from the windows.
Pool was superb and cleaned daily and for the whole week we had it to ourselves.
We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet, luxurious place to stay, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Hua Hin central.
Fantastic location, really out of the way. Went during the week and we were practically the only people there...had the pool to ourselves. All in all, a really nice place to just chill...
