Canada line (easy commute to down town or the airport) is only 10 min. walk from house.

New modern house in a quiet street, friendly neighbors ,yet in the center of everything.

The back yard is our sanctuary , peaceful and beautiful summer and winter

We just love this house.

Great Location, Great Hosts

My girlfriend and I stayed in the suite for 5 weeks and enjoyed the place a lot. Ilana is a great host and accomodated essentially everything we asked. Main Street definitely lives up to its name as great neighbourhood, and we loved the proximity to QE park, Hillcrest community center, and transit lines. We both had cars and finding parking was never an issue. Would definitely stay again.

Small but clean

Apartment was small but clean. Beds ok our teenage son slept on the sofa bed and said it was comfortable. Good for our needs more room than a hotel and gave us the option of having a quick breakfast before we headed out. Parking was on street and usually found a spot close by.

An oasis in the city

The property was well maintained and very clean. It had all the required items you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The privacy afforded with a separate entrance, yet the comfort of knowing if there was any thing you needed they were a phone call away, was just perfect

for us. Transportation and shopping and restaurants were a short distance away as was the lovely Queen Elizabeth Park. Jacob and Ilana were

terrific hosts offering recommendations and providing answers to any questions we had. Toffee, their lovable cat, made brief visits to their yard and was very beautiful. We will recommend their place to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay while in Vancouver. We look forward to a return visit.

The place met our expectations.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Vancouver BC. This apartment is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood outside the city, near Queen Elizabeth Park and very close to the city's bike path. We stayed with our 2 boys (9, 10) and brought our bikes on this trip which was woth it. The city is so much easier to navigate on bikes than by car. Main Street, is a few blocks from the apartment and has coffee shops, bakeries, grocery stores and restaurants. Everything within walking/biking distance.

The apartment itself has everything you need for a short stay. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the beautiful backyard, which we shared with the owners. The owners, Illana and Jakob are very friendly and accommodating.

Fantastic!! Ideal both for location and wonderful hosts!

The place was immaculate, matching description described. Location was excellent-we loved Main Street! Easy to navigate public transportation or drive yourself. Close to everything. You have everything you could possibly need and Illana and family were beyond courteous as hosts and providing recommendations. This is the ideal location to experience a new city or come back for repeats. I would highly highly recommend this location for a short or long stay accommodation . You will love the place as much as the hosting family. I hope to come back soon!!!

Great find - perfect location!

This was a great suite which met our needs perfectly. The suite is exactly as described and is impeccably clean. Ilana was a thoughtful host and not at all intrusive. It is well-positioned for public transportation - buses downtown, to UBC and also a short walk to connect to Sky Train. Within a few minutes walk there are numerous restaurants, supermarket, laundromat and cafes. I have no hesitation in recommending both the suite and dealing with hosts. Should we return to Vancouver we definitely would plan to stay again.
