You will enjoy this updated, comfortable, well equipped and excellently maintained condo. Our condo has been family owned for the past 30 years. Our family enjoys winter activities available in the area such as snowmobiling, sledding and skating. We enjoy using the condo in the summer for activities such as biking, hiking and golf.
This is a top floor unit providing peace and quiet. The vaulted ceiling and skylights add a spacious feel to the living room and kitchen. You will love the convenience of the gas log fireplace, large flat screen TV, DVD, VCR, and high speed wireless internet. The balcony's view of the mountains set the tone for your mountain retreat. Stay with confidence our state of the art digital door lock has provided a digital code unique to your stay, and your stay only.
From the moment you walk in the door you will feel at home with all the amenities including a fully stocked kitchen and tasteful decor. The first bedroom has a queen size bed, chest of drawer and a private closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a built in drawer with a counter top, and its own closet as well. The two bedrooms are separated by a long hallway with the bathroom in between allowing privacy between the two bedrooms. The bathroom contains a oversized shower, private toilet and a vanity sink. A second vanity sink in the hallway provides additional space for dressing. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides bedding for two additional people.
A coin-operated washer and dryer are found on the ground floor. For your enjoyment and relaxation there are two hot tub facilities in the complex; each facility has 2 hot tubs, sauna and shower-change room.
A free shuttle bus stops at the corner of the complex providing transportation to the slopes as well as visits to town offering many shopping opportunities and a great variety of restaurants. You may also want to enjoy the outstanding Breckenridge Recreation Center offering indoor swimming, tennis, racquet ball, rock climbing and work-out equipment at very nominal fees.

Gold Camp M182 has been in our family over 30 years. Our family uses this lovely retreat for winter skiing and summer getaways. We love Breckenridge and have cherished memories of holiday and summer vacations. We look forward to many more memories to come. We originally purchased this condo for our family to ski. We quickly came to realize how great of a place Breckenridge is during the summer. Back in 1977 Breck only had a 3 lane bowling alley, party-line phones and a convenience store. Over the years Breckenridge has become our home away from home. We love the mountains and we share it with others who wish to experience the same.
You can be assured we maintain our condo to be comfortable for our stays. Over the past 30 years we have improved the condo with new technology and amenities. The decor is kept up-to-date, warm and comfortable. We insist the unit is kept clean and in top maintenance condition.

Thank you so much for sharing your condominium with us. The location was fantastic. The decor was updated. The family room area and kitchen was very spacious for family dinners. The shower was beautifully tiled. Very convenient to Peak 8. Compared to my sisters condominiums that they rented in Gold II, this one was the most updated and spacious. Thanks again.
Located in the trees with easy access to free shuttles into town. Easy walk down from the gondola and easy access to trail/ski runs to walk into town. Very quite and relaxing. Condo is perfectly appointed.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The kitchen was well equipped and the unit was very clean. The owner responds very quickly to emails and is very helpful. It was a short 3 minute drive to Main Street and the restaurants there and also to the grocery store. Some surrounding units had people who smoked marijuana inside their unit which somehow came inside this unit in the bathroom and hall area. This smell was bothersome to us. It is our understanding, though, that the entire complex may become a non-smoking complex which should resolve this problem of people smoking inside the units. Also, there is no elevator and access to the unit is via 2 flights of stairs, so this may be challenging to folks who have trouble with stairs, especially carrying suitcases and groceries up staircases.
The view from the balcony is nice and we enjoyed listening to the sounds of the birds that were in the wooded area adjacent to the condo. Overall, this is a very nice place to stay! We would stay there again and do recommend this condo.
Nice bright clean condo. View from living room is beautiful. Kitchen well stocked and towels and bedding were good quality.
My fiancé and I spent 5 nights here. We had a great time. The place is clean, the bed was comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. We had a lot of snow during our stay and we checked out late, the owner was nice and understanding. Thank you! Hope to come again.
I have a great stay here while on a girls ski retreat. You have to climb stairs to get to the condo, but there is a ski locker on the first floor which helps. The condo had everything we needed to have a great trip @ Breck. The shuttle was convenient for getting to the slopes and getting to town. Some people said they walked to get onto the slopes, but I can't imagine that's something you'd do in ski boots or boarding boots. The owners were very responsive.
