Loveland House Rental Photos and Description

House, 4 Bedrooms + Convertible bed, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 4 couples, 2 singles)

Our red brick ranch home is located in the beautiful city of Loveland, Colorado at the foot of the Rocky Mountains. The modern, high-tech community is home to a number of artists whose work is featured throughout the city. Loveland is located an hour north of Denver and possesses an outlet mall, another modern shopping mall, many restaurants, a nice walking and biking trail, and a beautful view of Longs Peak and the rugged Rocky Mountains of Colorado.

You will find our home nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is tastefully decorated and perfect for a large family gathering. Our dining room table easily accommodates 8 to 10 and the kitchen dinette seats 4. Available on site are metal folding chairs and tables to accommodate meals for up to 12 people. Three beautiful bedrooms on the main floor accommodate 3 couples. In our partially finished basement, we have one bedroom and a large playroom for relaxing, playing games, and watching videos. About Dan Dozier

We both grew up in Colorado and moved to Loveland after we were married in 1979. Loveland is a great place to raise a family; we raised two girls here. Loveland has the amenities of larger cities, yet possesses a hometown 'feel.' When you come, we believe that you will understand immediately why Loveland has consistently been voted one of the best places to live in the country. We are very pleased to welcome you to a place that has been our home for many years.

Dan Dozier purchased this house in 1997

Why Dan Dozier chose Front Range Colorado

Our home is situated within 15 minutes of modern shopping and has easy access to the major roadways leading into the Rocky Mountains, and the cities of Denver and Cheyenne, all about an hour away.

What makes this house unique

Our home is adjacent to a large, open park with grass and trees. Just exit the back yard through the rear gate and step into the lovely solitude that is owned and maintained by our home-owners association.

Impressive and Clean!!!

  • 5 of 5

Clean bathrooms and floors are very important to us when we travel and people have different expectations for sure. This house is extremely clean and comfortable for a large group or a small family. Very nice area downstairs for games and hanging out and convenient layout upstairs. The beds and towels could use an upgrade, but otherwise everything was outstanding. The property manager and the owner were both easy to contact and always responsive.

We had a fantastic time

  • 5 of 5

The house was warm and inviting and well laid out for our needs. The location was walking distance to the supper market and a short drive to Rocky Mt. National Park. We look forward to the next time we can stay here and are considering making it an annual trip. The owner was very accommodating as our flight was delayed and we did not arrive on schedule.

good house

  • 4 of 5

The house was perfect for us as we have 3 small children. Nice back yard, lots of open space, quiet street and neighborhood, convenient to grocery store. Big dining room table, seated 10 for dinner quite comfortably. Check everything closely upon arrival, owner seems a little funny about some things.

Owner's Response: Our guest makes a good suggestion--it is a good idea to walk through the house with the property manager upon check-in and take note of anything that is not right. We are diligent to ensure that the house is spotless for our guests, and have hired the best to ensure that this happens. If our housekeeper spends excess time with activities or issues that are beyond normal housekeeping duties, we will assess funds from the damage deposit to cover these added expenses. But we also make it very easy for our guests to understand what is required of them by including a checklist to help ensure that they get back all of their damage deposit. And, actually, this program works very well: we have never withheld 100% of a damage deposit, and in nearly six years of renting, we have returned the entire deposit in all but a handful of situations. In those situations, we did our best to assess a fair and reasonable fee for the cleaning, replacement, or repair that was necessary.

Family of 10

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. There was plenty of room and space to accommodate our family of 10. The patio and fenced in yard was an added bonus. We especially enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the open playing area out back. Will stay here again!
