Thanks for looking at our unit. We are individual owners from Colorado and are happy to share our 3 bdrm townhome in beautiful Moab Utah. Near the bottom, you will find things we enjoy doing when we are in Moab.

Built in Feb. 2008, this is a lovely and spacious 3 bedroom that has a King in the Master bedroom, 2.5 baths, 2-car garage that is ~1500 square feet. Beautifully decorated and offering all the comforts to make your vacation in Moab relaxing & memorable.
Located in picturesque Spanish Valley, just minutes south of Moab. Conveniently located to Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, Dead Horse Point State Park, golf, incredible mountain biking and much much more.
After enjoying all that Moab has to offer, relax at Rim Village Vistas Townhomes, one of Moab's newest developments. Enjoy grilling out on the BBQ at night, taking a dip in the swimming pool or hot tub in the evening or if you still have some energy, playing tennis or basketball just ~100 yards away. Townhome located at the end of a small cul-de-sac, so perfectly safe for wandering kids.
Prefer primary renter is 25 years of age or older. If not, deposit required if reservation accepted.

While enjoying our unit, we would like to suggest some of our favorite activities inside/outside of Arches & Canyonlands NP in the area:
Drive to Potash- this drive located just before the entrance to Arches National Park follows the Colorado River for ~10 miles and is incredibly picturesque.
Corona Arch- ~7 miles down the road to Potash on your right. Moderate hike (~2.5 miles RT).
Dead Horse Point State Park- in our opinion, some of the most jaw-dropping views in the area.
Fiery Furnace- Ranger led hike thru the Fiery Furnace in Arches NP. ~$10/pp and you do have to book in advance.
Float Trip on the Colorado River- you can enjoy some incredible scenery on a great canoe float trip (great for almost all ages). You can do a day trip or multi-day trip. Google (Tex's Riverways) to find out more about float trips on the Colorado or Green River.
Hikes: Hidden Valley Hike, Negro Bill, Fischer Towers, Delicate Arch, Double O, Mesa Arch (awesome place if you have an avid photographer in your group), Scott Matheson wetlands preserve and if it gets hot, head up into the La Sal mountains for some hikes and cooler weather or check out Mill Creek Hike.
Small kids? Check out Rotary Park in Moab. Grab a shake from nearby Milts and head to the park to let the kids play. Good times.
Staying at our townhome at Rim Village Vistas will make for an enjoyable Moab getaway. Willing to discount price for longer stays and will entertain month+ stays. Looking to rent to guests looking to enjoy all that Moab has to offer and will treat our place as if it was theirs. Please respect our wish for a NO Smoking NO Pet unit.

Hello, we are Heidi & Matt Eilers. We LOVE to travel with some recent trips being to Africa (to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro and go on safari), Egypt and New Zealand to see Matt's parents who were until just recently, living on the South Island of New Zealand.
We live in Summit County, Colorado and on March 31st, 2009, welcomed our firstborn, Emmaline Sierra Eilers, into the world. Recently, we have become even more busy and returning to the days of no sleep as we welcomed Evan Landon Eilers into our family in late Oct. 2011.

We absolutely LOVE Moab, Utah. With the national parks, mountain biking, beautiful weather... we just cannot get enough of this area. We enjoy the beautiful desert scenary and the amazing beauty of the red rocks in the area. Everytime we go down to Moab, we find a wonderful new place whether it is Mill Creek (our new favorite outdoor water hole to cool off in the summer) or a random trail where we find pictographs or even dinosaur tracks... Moab is just an amazing place.
Our 3 bdrm. townhome is in Spanish Valley which is 5 miles south of Moab. From the master bdrm. balcony, we have great views of the La Sal mountain range. We also enjoy the amenities that our complex offers (tennis court, pool, hot tub) and we especially enjoy visiting as Matt's parents now live on-site. We believe this will be an added benefit to our guests as if a situation arises, Paul & Kathy, live just around the corner and can help in whatever situation came up.
The area is very kid friendly (small playground next to the tennis courts, in a cul-de-sac so you do not have to worry about cars driving fast) and the location allows quick access to town when you want to go in to enjoy all that Moab has to offer but also allows for some R&R when you want to be away from the action of downtown Moab.

We highly recommend Rim Vista! The view and location was perfect! We enjoyed having the pool and tennis courts right across the street. Other families in the area were very friendly! Matt and Heidi were great to work with! We can't wait to go back.
I would definitely recommend this condo for families and/or small groups. Convenient location right outside of town yet close enough for any activities. Modern look. Very comfortable and pleasant
We just returned from a 3-night stay in Moab, and we had a great stay in this condo. It is about 5 minutes south of town, but the drive is easy and worth it for the view and peace and quiet! The condo was stocked with everything we needed, including every item we could think of in the kitchen, DVD player, wireless internet, and even books and puzzles to play with when we were just hanging out. There was plenty of room for all 5 of us in our party (4 adults and one child), and we were all really comfortable in the condo. We enjoyed hanging around by the fireplace after hiking all day, and we enjoyed the fact that there was so much seating around the bar and table. It was nice to have TVs in each bedroom, although we didn't use them on this trip. Owners were very easy to work with, and our family had a great time at this condo! The only negative thing I will say would be that the stairs are a little steep, so my parents were wary of them after a day of hiking, but otherwise this was better than advertised. I love that there was a little playground right across from the condo for my daughter to play on, and the pool and hot tub and tennis courts look great (for warmer weather!). If you go in the winter, make sure you take lots of layers and even more clothing than you think you will need. There was a lot more snow and ice than we expected, but we had some amazing hikes and beautiful views of snowy red-rock!! Thanks to the owners for providing a notebook and materials to help us choose which hikes to do!
My husband, myself and our two adult sons spent a week here in October. It was perfect for us. With 3 bedrooms, the "boys" each had their own room. The full kitchen made cooking easy (although they really need to get a decent frying pan). The washer and dryer were in working order which was wonderful since we brought very little clothing with us in order to avoid checked bags. The TV and wifi worked great. Everything was clean and neat and in good working condition. There were a few light bulbs which were burnt out which I reported back to the owner. Obviously, the condo is not located in walking distance to Moab (being 5 miles south) but it took very little time to drive back into town. The location is convenient to Arches, Canyonlands (both the Island in the Sky and Needles entrances) and to the La Sal mountains. If you are planning on using the kitchen, I recommend taking inventory of what previous guests have left behind before making a trip to the supermarket. Overall we were delighted with our stay and the Moab area is a terrific place to visit.
We traveled to Moab (two women and two grandchildren) to explore Arches, Mesa Verde and Canyonlands National Parks - plus Dead Horse Point State Park and Four Corners. With 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths it fit us well. The Condo was clean and roomy and the beds were good. The pool was very clean and provided us a respite during the heat while in Moab! Since I love to cook we ate most of our meals in - breakfast and dinners and packed our picnics each morning. If I'm ever in Moab, UT again, I will definitely plan to stay in one of Matt's condos. Matt was extremely easy to work with and provided lots of info about places to see and visit while in Moab even before arriving via email. I know we have more places to see in the Moab area so another trip is always a possibility. One always hopes for the best when selecting a place to stay on vacation - I said over and over again - "what a good choice I had made"!!! Would definitely recommend to others. Thank you Matt!
Located 5 miles south of Moab in Spanish Valley. Great base for enjoying all Moab has to offer (Arches NP, Canyonlands NP, Dead Horse Point State Park). Pool/hot tub are 75 yards from our townhome. Beautiful views of the Las Sal Mountains from the balcony off the large Master Bedroom.
Other Activities: Kayaking, Basketball Court
