Located on Madeira Beach with direct access to the beach and ocean views over the Gulf of Mexico, this is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

Our tastefully furnished, recently updated condo is comfortable, cozy and equipped with the range of modern conveniences. The kitchen is fully stocked & bathroom linens are available. In-unit washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. There is a TV in each room including a flat screen TV in the main living area. Wifi internet access is available in the condo and at the poolside.

Spacious balcony boasts great views and al fresco dining. Enjoy watching dolphins and the amazing sunsets. Our facility also boasts a heated pool, hot-tub, poolside grill,and 2 poolside gazebos! Direct access to the beach opens up many options - walks, hunting for shells, beach volleyball and more.

Nearby there are grocery stores, shopping, miniature golf, great places to eat and the attractions of John's Pass Boardwalk. Also shopping malls, Busch Gardens and other attractions are easily accessible.

About The Owner

We have been visiting Florida's gulf coast for vacations (from the UK) for over 10 years and always stay at Seaview condominiums. Seaview appeals to us for several reasons, including the ocean view from the balcony where you can sit and watch dolphins swim. You can also enjoy the amazing sunsets, as well as direct access to the beach for long walks or swimming in the ocean, and the pool and hot-tub area. We were very glad when the opportunity arose to purchase a condo at Seaview, and we continue to enjoy regular visits. We are sure you will agree with us that it is the perfect place to unwind and relax!

Why The Owner chose Florida Central Gulf Coast

Seaview is all about prime location! It is only 30 miles from Tampa airport, situated directly on Madeira Beach and is approximately one mile away from the attractions at John's Pass where you can enjoy shopping, good restaurants and activities such as deep sea fishing, jet-skis and para-sailing. Seaview is on a trolley-bus route for easy transportation to other local attractions and our condo has a designated parking spot in the covered parking garage. You can choose either to have a quiet day on the beach, by the pool or in the hot-tub, or to get out and about and enjoy some of the local attractions. Either way, it's very easy to relax and enjoy your stay!

The condo was in the perfect location and the amenities were great. Everything was clean .

Being able to wake up in the morning and look straight out at the beach was amazing. The pool, elevator, lobby, and parking garage were clean and in great shape. The condo was super clean and very well equipped. We had everything we needed for a great long weekend.

What a wonderful condo for a great family vacation!

We stayed at this condo in I believe Aug 2014. We have since been back to the Seaview but due to this particular condo being booked, we had to stay in another when we were back in November 2015. It looks like we will be able to book this unit again for the summer and I couldn't be happier. I absolutely loved my stay here. It was clean and in great order. The staff and maintenance man are so nice and helpful. We are making it a tradition to visit the Seaview and this by far, is our "go to" unit. The kids were so pleased that they had a little ottoman storage with fun board games (Battleship, etc.) that we could play when our evenings were winding down. Best memories. Last kudo - the balcony and views are magnificent! We love spotting the dolphins in the water.

Excellent choice

Spacious condo, great location! Three kids; each had own bed. Choice of restaurants across the street, and dozens more in the area. Beautiful sunsets from the large balcony. Nice heated pool and hot tub, then step right onto the beach. Kudos to the groundskeeper! Will return.

Wonderful stay

This location is central to the Pinellas peninsula. The view on the Gulf is lovely - white sand, laughing water, birds and dolphins. The apartment is clean and quiet and adequate and the staff are very friendly and competent. The heated pool, jacuzzi, and beach access complete a very pleasant vacation experience.

Mixed Signals

My family arrived on Friday and were greater by a friendly and helpful front desk and maintenance staff. The interior of the unit was clean and the kitchen equipped with all of the essentials except for dishwasing liquid which we got at the local grocery store about a mile away. The views from the LR and Master were great with a large patio with ample furniture and space. Did I mention the views,

The downside was the condition of the furniture which was outdated to be kind. The sheets and towels seem to have been old throw always and the bedding and linens were of Walmart quality. The 2nd bedroom had no view of the Gulf but did have a lovely view of the hallway with a light that kept everyone awake at night. The 3rd bedroom was small and had no window at all.

The pool was nice and you can rent umbrellas on the beach for $20/day.

All in all without the view this would be a dramatic mistake and the owners need to upgrade the interior. This is obviously a rental investment and it shows. I would give this a C- and only because of the view.

Owner's Response: We are so sorry to hear that your stay in our condo was not more enjoyable. We work hard to try and keep our unit in good shape and this year we focused our updates on structural improvements such as new tile flooring in all 3 bedrooms, updated electrical outlets, a new air handler, and a remodeled main bathroom with a non-slip tub and new tiling. We also added new, light-blocking curtains to the second bedroom which, when closed over the top of the blinds, we found significantly reduced the light from the hallway. We are certainly concerned to keep our furnishings presentable and up-to-date for our own enjoyment (we spend a considerable amount of time there every year) as well as that of our guests. We are constantly in the process of updating things but unfortunately cannot do everything at once. It is not possible with the way the building was designed to have all 3 bedrooms facing the ocean and I have now added to the description of the rooms on the website to indicate that the second bedroom faces the back of the building and that the third bedroom does not have a window. Regarding linens, the towels are provided by the local management, and are not supplied by individual owners: I will be sure to pass on your concern regarding quality to the board of directors. We are glad that you enjoyed the balcony and the view of the ocean which we agree is fantastic!

Would stay again

Unit was very nice. Perfect size for 5 adults, maybe more , but that is all we had. Secure building with pool and beach right downstairs. Family had a great time. Only drawback, one if the bedrooms has no windows . Otherwise we had a great week! Outstanding value!

The set up of the building, does mean that most bathrooms are situated internally and therefore do not have windows. But we're glad there is lots of window space in the living room and master bedroom providing great views over the beach and ocean, which hopefully makes up for it! We hope you will stay again.
