Our Townhome is in a small private community located directly on Scenic Hwy 98 across from the beach. It can sleep 5 adults comfortably , 2 floor mattresses for kids. It was built in 2003 to new hurricane codes. Conveniently located across from Capt. Dave's Restaurant and in between Silver Sands Outlet Mall and Destin Commons Mall. It is approximately 750 feet from the beach area.
This is a smoke-free unit. It has a very charming interior and furnishings, comfortable mattresses. The home is a two story townhouse.
The first floor has ceramic tile, a separate den area with comfortable futon and roomy, half bath, dining area and futon. The full custom kitchen is stocked with all utensils, dinnerware, cookware and appliances needed to prepare meals. Large fenced in patio area with teak table & chairs, lounge chair, glider and gas grill.
The second floor has two carpeted bedrooms with two full baths. The master bedroom has king size bed. 2nd bedroom queen size bed, 2 twin mattress, TV/DVD player and balcony that overlooks the patio. There is also baby pack n play.
Full size washer and dryer. All bed linens, pillows, blankets and towels provided.

Also available for use is baby beach cabana, sand toys, toddler suit, body boards, umbrella and chairs . fishing rods, No beach towels. Conditions not guaranteed.

Cable Smart tv, WiFI, No Smoking inside the house (cigarette butts around patio and parking must be picked up),We have no phone service, you must have cell phone, We do not rent to any one under 25 yrs of age.
