~ New Mass State lodging tax law was passed on January 1, 2019 and becomes effective July 1, 2019. All guests and arrival/departures before that date (July 1)will be refunded the tax. I will personally be refunding through HomeAway. All other reservations from July 1, 2019 going forward will be charged the lodging tax rate of 12.45%.
