The living room begs a great novel in the comfy leather chair in front of the kiva fireplace or for more fresh air open the French doors to the private garden for sunshine, blue sky and al fresco dining. Tucked away is the king bedroom with the wonderful peace and quiet that can only come from traditional thick adobe walls. Last but not least, the pristine bath with a rain shower that every 6’5” man adores!

HOTEL-LIKE in its own way, each AQUI home is favored with freshly pressed custom PRATESI linens, fine amenities, a gracious and discreet service, professional housekeeping and our special AQUI Breakfast Basket for you. The location suited us perfectly, it was within walking distance to both the Main Square and Canyon Road, but far enough away to avoid any noise or congestion. The enclosed patio and pergola in the rear of the house make having morning coffee that much more enjoyable. The kitchen was perfect for the house efficiently designed, completely equipped and finished with granite counter tops, warm lighting and beautiful cabinetry. We couldn't finish the review without giving special thanks and recognition to the property manager/concierge, Caroline. Her enthusiastic and attentive presence and knowledge of the area made our trip that much more enjoyable. Our new home away from home!

We have stayed in this property 2 times (once for 2 weeks) and the adjoining property (2 bedrooms) two times also. This year we brought the whole family and added the 2 bedroom house next door and stayed a month. Wow! We could hardly leave! The two houses let our adult children and their families join us as they could and everyone had privacy---but also that lovely long breakfast gathering in the morning and talks by the fire at night after dinner. Caroline is the perfect hostess, texting you to see how things are going and sending Santa Fe activity tips as they come up. The houses are so clean and has everything you can think of that you may need from robes to a yoga foam roller. It's better than a Four Star Hotel! My children are from different parts of the country and we all agree this is our new meeting place! The house location is extra convenient because people can walk to town and go their different directions w/o the car and parking problems. The two house sizes allowed us flexibility, privacy and luxury. We are already planning another stay ASAP!

Owner's Response: This was the perfect combination of family and house. Everybody had a good time, did their own thing and had just enough family time. Many times guests leave behind their new yoga roller, bath scales, coffee machines, special cups and saucers but return to find it well cared for and once again for their enjoyment. It is your vacation rental at its highest and best use!

Soo Cozy and Best Location in Santa Fe

Magnificent quaint home in the heart of Santa Fe. Our 'President's Day Weekend' could not have been better served by Casa Perla and the always most gracious host Caroline. This beautifully appointed home had every upscale amenity one could hope for in a location that allowed for easy access to the best and must see attractions in Santa Fe. A wonderful home for a couple or small family...spacious and airy, especially when the beautiful weather we enjoyed begged for opening up the french doors and taking in the gorgeous patio. For being all together and still have some privacy. The decor, heating and fireplace were very warm and comfortable along with the quiet neighborhood and natural views. It was nice to be able to cook in a well-stocked, spacious kitchen with lots of pots, pans and utensils! We all felt it was the perfect place to have our family friends visit us from overseas and enjoy the skiing and the woods and all that the Santa Fe area has to offer.

And once they discover Aqui Santa Fe, they keep coming back because they know that which ever home they choose to stay in they will find the same professional housekeeping, luxurious PRATESI linens, fully equipped kitchens, wonderful patios, and easy off street parking. In that it is like a hotel, but in another way your stay is entirely different than a hotel because you have the beauty and authenticity of a traditional Santa Fe home.

Comfort and Convenience

We've stayed in multiple places in Santa Fe and this property was by far the best. Conveniently located near Canyon Road and the Plaza we were able to walk everywhere. It's a beautiful adobe home that has all modern conveniences and a fantastic patio. I highly recommend this property.

Love it!

Casa Perla is the perfect combination of convenience and quiet. Situated 3 blocks east of the Plaza and 2 blocks north of Canyon Road, it is a short walk to restaurants, shops, and galleries. With a driveway right in front of the unit, parking is easy. Since it is located on a quiet street corner and has walls surrounding the patio, it is private and peaceful.

At check-in, Caroline gave us a delicious gift basket of local foods and provided excellent restaurant recommendations (The Teahouse is fabulous). Her silent concierge book is so thorough, I think it should be published.

The interior is upscale and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped and the ideal size. The breakfast bar is large enough to use as a desk. The bed is very comfortable. The shower feels nice and the water quality is great (we noticed a positive change in our hair and skin).

This was our third stay in Santa Fe. The first time we stayed in a villa; although it was quiet and spacious, it was a much longer walk to Canyon Road. The second time we stayed in a hotel just off the Plaza, but there was too much street noise from cars, motorcycles, and late-night partygoers. This time, we finally got it right. Casa Perla is perfect!

Perfect home and location

The beautiful Adobe home is perfect for a couple. It's a fully equipped home with a comfortable bed. There is a great patio for enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. The location is great just a short walk to the Plaza. We highly recommend this rental.
