My husband is from Texas and I am from Toronto. I moved here to escape the cold. We both love the waterfront and beaches. My husband sails and plays golf and I am the tennis enthusiast. We own an Advertising promotion company in Bradenton.

We bought the property because of the downtown location, convenient walking to waterfront restaurants banking and Post Office. The Anna Maria Island beach is just 10 minutes away. Short drive to Sarasota, St.Petersburg and Tampa. We have access to three airports making traveling easier to any location. Approx. 7 miles from Factory Outlet Mall on I-75.
We have a lot of friendly people taking a walk. They are always commenting on how cute are place is. It's just a great place to sit on the porch. There's usually a nice breeze off the river at sunset on the balcony.
Great Location! Just a short walk to historic downtown, great restaurants and the Bradenton Riverwalk. very clean comfortable accommodations. Robert the owner is very involved in the community and is a great source of information for places to go and things to do. The owners are very responsive to any special requirements. Just a short drive to the gulf beaches. We have rented this unit for two consecutive winters and have found it to be a great get away from the cold Maine winters. Conveniently located to everything.
Very clean comfortable accommodations and well equipped with everything you might need, just as described. We came down to do some golfing, Bob was very helpful in making suggestions and putting in a computer so we could find golf courses. Lots of great ones in the area. Would recommend to family or friends. Had a great time and look forward to seeing Bob and Joan same time next year.
Such a wonderful and comfortable place that I extended my stay! It was as described - only better. Loved the modern interior with the character of the 1920's home, the updated and pleasant kitchen and bathroom, the comfortable bed, the computer desk in dining room, and the large TV with recorder. Proximity to downtown and beaches was convenient and appreciated. I can't thank the helpful and gracious owners enough for making my stay in Bradenton so enjoyable!
This is a great property: clean, beautifully appointed and equipped and close to Gulf beaches and historic/downtown Sarasota. There is a beautiful new kitchen and laundry facilities as well as a very comfortable bed! The owners are friendly,helpful and incredibly accommodating! We had a great time.
I am vacationing and playing tennis at IMG academies. This is a great location, it is safe and close to downtown and transportation. The owners are very nice and helpful. The apartment is clean, the furniture is new and nice. The internet is fast and TV has a lot of channels. Altogether, it was the perfect package for me and I would like to come back.
Car is not required, but helpful to really take advantage of the beautiful assets in this area including the home of John and Mabel Ringling and their AMAZING collection of art, about 5 mi. away, free on Mondays. Gamble Plantation and the Manatee Historical village are great legacy visits. The National Park where Hernando DeSoto landed is free and filled with historical advisors and trails along the river and through the woods. Robinson Preserve and Manatee Botanical Gardens are a short 5 mile drive (toward the beaches). The City of Cortez is the last of the remaining old fishing villages in Florida and is at the south end of Anna Maria Island. Ala Carte Golf is accessible everywhere for golfers of all abilities and demands.

Year Round Nov/Apri $1950/month, 850.00 additional weeks after 3 month minimum. Not sold by days ever.
May/Oct $1650/month 2 month minimum. We prefer to work with calendar months starting with the 1st, not the middle.
To secure your reservation dates: $200 Reservation deposit, (which converts to a security deposit on move in date ) + First & Last Month's rent. All rents will stay 60 days in advance. Example: 6 month rental pays First & Last month's rent and reservation deposit for booking; then third month is due on move in date.
