This is one of the finest homes in the Sundance Resort area. It is located less than one mile from the ski lifts, thus making it very accessible to the activities of the resort, yet far enough away to give you the privacy and quietness one would expect in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Truly, a place to build memories.
We are located just minutes away from the Provo river, known for its great brown trout fishing. Park City is a fun town just a short 25 minute drive where you can find more skiing, the alpine slide (summer), hiking, biking, golfing, and great restaurants. Outlet stores there are open year round. This was home for the 2002 Olympic ski jumping the luge events. Wasatch State Park located just minutes from Heber City is beautiful in summer and has gorgeous golf courses, it also is a great place to go snowmobiling in the winter. This will be the home for the cross country ski event.

About Mike Lorscheider
We live in Orem, just down from Sundance about 20 minutes or so, we live somewhat of a hectic life and there is not a better place ( with exception perhaps of Hawaii)to unwind and truly relax. You will love it as we do.

This home is a winner!
This is a beautiful, roomy, and comfortable home in a picture perfect setting. A group of friends stayed here to celebrate our landmark birthdays and everyone agreed that the house was perfect. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. There are two large living areas with flat screen TV that serve as gathering areas. Also, there are several decks with views of the trees. Our favorite was the large deck in the back with a forested view and the sound of the river running just yards away. Morning coffee on that deck lasted for hours!
Hiking in the area is phenomenal, especially the trail that leads to Stewart Falls. The Sundance Resort is low key but with many activities offered. Sunday brunch at the Foundry was a highlight.
All in all, it's a beautiful, well stocked home set in magnificent scenery. Can't come up with a single negative thing to write!
Thanks so much for your review.
Hope to see you come again.
Absolutely beautiful and perfect for more than one family.
Location is perfect. With large livings rooms, each family can have their own "space" or be together. The owner attends to issues right away and responds quickly to all your questions.
Comfortable home in a great location
This was a great home-base for day hiking in the Sundance area. Just a few minutes' drive from the Alpine Loop, the house gave us quick and easy access to spectacular hikes, and it was a perfect place to relax afterwards on the decks overlooking the river. Mike was helpful and responsive to our emails.
Thanks for the review... glad you were able to find the hikes I told you about
Had a Wonderful time in this beautiful well equipped home! The pictures do not do it justice. We had so much fun playing family games inside and relaxing on the numerous outdoor decks.
Thank you for sharing your home. Sundance is very special to us and this home made our family trip so much better.
We really enjoyed our stay! Fantastic location! Mike was really great to work with!
Plenty of space to spread out.
Heber City has the Heber Creeper train ride down the Provo canyon or golf at the famous Homestead resort. Bridal Veil Falls is a ten minute ride down Provo canyon and has one of the most beautiful falls in the state. If you choose you could hike to Timpanogus Caves, the trail head is only 20 minutes away. This home is less than 1 mile to the resort and is nestled in huge pines, it is very private and quite exclusive. The best part about our home is that you will have your own privacy, it is located just above the resort, (less than 1 mile from the Sundance Resort) which is beautiful summer, winter or fall..There is horse back riding, hiking, biking, cross country skiing, snow shoeing and of course down hill skiing or snowboarding. All just minutes away. Come and experience the beauty, but only come if you like the white tip mountains against the back drop of deep clear blue skies. Other Activities: Cross Country Skiing, Downhill/Alpine Skiing, Snowmobiling, Sledding/Tubing, Wildlife Viewing
