This is a wonderful luxury high rise condominium built new in 2005. You have ocean views as well as intercoastal views and steps away from each. There is a three-story ocean (beach) front amenities center including: clubhouse, outdoor and covered pool, hot tub and exercise room and game room. The condominium residence is located on the second row (across the street from beachfront) but has a fabulous view of the ocean and beach (even sitting in the den or standing in the kitchen) with the expansive windows and sliding glass doors. In veiw picture you can see units in front of our condo (one of which in the center is our beach front amenities center and pools under and behind). You still have a great 'feel' for the ocean at reduced prices. And, you have use of the beach front property that includes bathrooms and the other amenities. The residence is approx 1400 st ft excluding the balcony and its a on the 6th level (1st after 5 parking levels) unit 103
An IGA grocery store is 1/2 mile away as well as a pier and a public boat ramp to the intercoastal waterway. And, of course the rest of Myrtle Beach. Cherry Grove is situated just in the northern tip of North Myrtle Beach and is primarily occupied by single family homes. You will have covered parking (the first 4 levels are parking) and there are two elevators. Please no boats, motorcycles or RVs according to our HOA. No smoking and no pets, sorry. THERE ARE 3 BEDROOMS- Bedding: rm 1- king, rm 2- king, rm 3- 2 queens all with private full baths (3)(3 FULL BATHROOMS) We also offer a fold up cot, blow up mattress. Pool is covered but not heated during winter. Broadband Internet - wireless I Joy 100 Massage Chair. 3 TVs, DVDs, CD players, new Flat panel LCD wide screen TV in family room. departure main service, linens & towels are included. Kid friendly - Nice high chair & pack & Play sleeper on site in condo, child and kid friendly, safety plugs on electrical outlets.
This condominium has the highest rating that our rental agency has. We promise that you will find it very clean and inviting. Its our aim to have a hassle-free process of renting our condo and and then for you to have a wonderful stay! We like to collect a hold deposit at reservation of $375, then the balance of fee and refundable damage deposit 45 days prior to arrival. We have a boiler plate short term rental contract to email you for your review. The security deposit is returned assuming only normal wear and tear. You will receive condo access codes, parking access code, parking passes to you prior to your arrival. I look forward to hearing from you!

What you see is what you get. The property is spacious, well maintained & ideally located to the beach, town & not too far from the attractions at Myrtle Beach. The owners are very responsive to questions, concerns (we had a wifi issue that was quickly resolved) & handled all financial matters well/promptly. We (mixed family - 2 grade school, 3 teens, 2 adult) all had a blast!! Kids already want to return. Thank you!!
The site was clean, accommodating, and a gorgeous view of the beach. My family had everything we needed to enjoy the week. This location is private, plenty of beach, and close to things. the bedrooms were spacious and everything was in proper working order. An awesome family vacation. The parking spaces were a little close from my husband but enough parking for everyone.
We had the perfect week staying at Beachwalk! Beautiful views of the ocean and comfortable accommodations made each day GREAT! The beds were awesome too! The linens were freshly laundered and the mattresses made my back pain melt away. I even slept in a bit! We had read complaints about the unheated indoor pool being cold but our whole group enjoyed it and found it refreshing at the end of a beach day. Marcus was super easy to work with and he returned our deposit before we arrived home. An incredible stay!!
This was the nicest, most comfortable, roomy and clean condo we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in a lot. The condo was extremely well equipped, it was clean and nicely decorated. Although not on the beach we were on the 6th floor which overlooked the houses in front of us and we had a great view of the beach and the sea. Saw Dolphins every day what a treat. There is an annex across the street, beach side, and whilst I was exercising I saw Dolphins also what a rare treat.
If you want a very affordable and lovely condo this is the place to stay cant say enough about it. Thanks for a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back to this one.
Our family tried something new this year and we traveled for for Thanksgiving holiday to North Myrtle Beach. Although we had all been to Myrtle Beach before, it was always in a hotel or time share as would have been the case this year, but for everything being booked. When the parents said the trip was a no go due to availability I jumped on VRBO and property 86766 was repeatedly the listing I returned to based on size and amenities. We needed 3 bedrooms and at least 3 bathrooms since we have 1 (the 2nd youngest) who likes to live in the bathroom and would be sharing with the oldest (86yrs old), and this location was PERFECT and had a lot of surprises in store for our family. IGA quickly became our favorite place to hang out, although it is really just supposed to be a grocery store. The view from the condo was great, and provided lots of opportunities for selfies (known and unknown) and to cool off or warm up, depending on who was controlling the thermostat.
We found GREAT surprises in each of each of the bedroom closets, and including everything we needed to make beach play fun and exciting.
