This condo boasts a king sized master bedroom with private bathroom/shower, twins in the guest room with adjacent bath. Undercover parking, LARGE heated pool with new paver deck, 42' HD flat screen television, with blue-ray. Wi-fi Internet service, washer/dryer, full kitchen and close to all of the conveniences: shopping and great restaurants and the free trolley run up and down the island!

The beach is perfect, the pool is lovely, and the condo is just right, Comfortable, homey, and in a great location for everything. We took the free trolley around the island every night to eat. It's fab. Some of our favorite eating places were Mr. Bones, Hurricane Hanks, and Rod and Reel, It has been very hot with a nice breeze off the gulf. We found all 'beach things' we needed in the locker near the pool. We sat on the beach in the beach chairs and watched the world go round- PERFECT!

We are well rested, and don't want to go home, but we'll definitely be back!

Wonderful, Relaxing Stay

This was our 3rd stay at this condo and we had another wonderful vacation on the island! As expected, the unit was clean, welcoming, & comfortable, making it easy to get in relaxed-mode right away! Shopping is close to buy food, drinks, ice, and other supplies for your stay. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is convenient and appreciated and we made use of the TVs and internet during down times.

We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony (to watch for dolphins jumping), and had several tasty breakfasts next door at the Beach Cafe. The white sand beach is beautiful and having access to the unit’s ground floor storage room for chairs & umbrellas is great. The building's pool area is large and comfortable (offering sun and shade), so another place we used often. The weather was warm and the sunsets fabulous (great view from the balcony)!

We spent lots of time at the beach and pool, but booked a 1.5 hr sailboat ride with Whisper Sailing in Cortez one afternoon. It was a very relaxed and casual sail, with Capt. Geoff (who built the boat) and First Mate Bernie sharing information on the area's nature, wildlife, and history. Thoroughly enjoyable! We ate at casual places, and some of our favorite meals included blackened Mahi, shrimp & grits, and shrimp and scallops at Starfish and fried Grouper at Tide Tables – both in Cortez. On Anna Maria, we loved the Antipasto Salad at Oma's, burgers at Duffy's Tavern, and the clam strips at AMOB. (Some places are cash only, just can’t remember which). If you’re game for a local dive bar experience (not for everyone), check out the Drift Inn on Bridge Street – it’s cash-only and smoke-filled (they do have an outside bar though), but we enjoyed the local entertainment, cheap drinks, and colorful friendly people we found there - a real hoot!

We enjoy the condo (and conveniences it provides) and Anna Maria's laid-back atmosphere and would certainly stay here again. Many thanks for everything!

Great Beachfront Condo - Definitely would stay again!

Top notch. Very prompt replies from owner and management company. Very accommodating and informative service. Only minor suggestion I have is to send the info inside the welcome/instruction binder ahead of time, as part the contract, so the renter can be up to speed on everything prior to visiting.

Conveniently on the beach. Short walk to outdoor Beach Cafe for casual meals & drinks. Central location was convenient for visiting other parts of the island by foot or Trolley. Trolley stop was next door at Manatee Beach.

Condo/Amenities: 4/5

Majority of condo is very nicely updated. Kitchen could use a little updating soon to match the remainder of the condo, but it was fine as is. Very spacious inside. In unit Washer & Dryer was very convenient. Having stayed in privately owned condos in the past, we were prepared for the limited supplies provided so we had no issues. Be prepared, but don't complain, because this is common practice. Bar soap was supplied but didn't see any shampoo. Not a big deal for us since we bring our own. Only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, but no issue for us on a weekend stay for just 2 adults. Maybe just include a full week of supplies and add a little cost to the rent….It would be convenient for some travelers, and you’d possibly avoid a bad review by a picky/unaware renter. Single use laundry detergent and dish soap was provided. I believe there were 6 beach towels. For 2 people on a short trip, this was very convenient, not having to worry about washing the same towels every day. We utilized the newer refrigerator but not the stove or dishwasher. Ice maker wasn't hooked but it was noted on the side of the Frig.

Balcony was very nice, with great views. It faces the south, 2nd unit from beach. Pool condition and temperature were perfect. Parking is under the condo with unit # assigned. Storage facility with beach equipment is under the condo with unit # assigned (separate key needed to access). Some of the beach equipment is a little weathered, may be time to replace some items or just remove them to free up clutter. It was just fine for the 2 of us though.

Outstanding unit in a prime location.

We stayed in this beautiful unit for afew days and it was absolutely one of the best places we have ever stayed. The unit had been recently updated and was very tastefully decorated with a beachy theme to it and very clean and comfy ! I could've stayed there forever ! I would highly recommend this unit and would go back there again. It was steps away to the beach, great pool and in a nice quiet area. Doesn't get much better !!

Totally Loved It!

This was our first time to Anna Maria Island, but we'll certainly come back! We left Chicago at 8:30 and were enjoying fresh fish and eggplant fries (yum!) at The Beach Cafe next to Gulf Sands by early afternoon! The condo was great - clean, bright, airy and comfortable and the new bathrooms were beautiful! The view of the beach from the balcony was awesome, and although the weather was a bit cool during our stay, we enjoyed warmth and sunshine there each morning, followed by hours each day on the beautiful white sand beach. It was so nice to have access to the beach chairs provided in the unit's storage room downstairs! Although we didn't end up using the pool, it was large and tastefully landscaped all around, so we'll be sure to enjoy it next time we're down!

Our timing was lucky - we had a ball at the Holiday of Treasures Open House evening hosted by the local merchants and even got to ride in one of the decorated boats in the Sarasota Holiday Boat Parade of Lights the next night (fun)! All the shopping was so close and there were so many great places nearby for fresh seafood! The free island shuttle was an awesome way to get around the island, with pick-up and drop-off right next door!

We were in need of a stress-free, relaxing get-away, and got just that! Although we could have stayed so-o much longer, we left happy and refreshed! Thanks so much for everything!

Highly recommend this condo

Loved it. Two words sum it up. The condo was super clean, comfortable, relaxing with everything you need, on hand. The décor was fresh and updated and invited you to sit and relax. Our view of the water and beach from the balcony was a great way to enjoy that first cup of coffee. I would recommend this property for anyone that is visiting Anna Maria or the local area. We are planning to return again next year.

Absolutely Wonderful Vacation Spot

This was our third visit to this wonderful vacation spot on Anna Maria Island. Each year the owners make terrific changes to the unit. This year we enjoyed a totally renovated master bath. The location is absolutely excellent -- a gorgeous view of the Gulf from the balcony, just steps from the unit to the beach and a spectacular large pool. This year we discovered new biking and kayaking adventures -- all easily accessible from the unit. The owners and rental agent are very responsive.
