Noe Valley Apartment Rental Photos and Description

2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, 2 Floors in Beautiful Edwardian (Sleeps 4-6)

Looking for a private, spacious, comfortable and tasteful home away from home? Want to wake up every morning looking out on a beautiful garden that will make you feel like you're in the middle of a spectacular park?

Come stay in our furnished two bedroom apartment in the neighborhood voted Most Desirable in San Francisco! It's on two stories with a full kitchen and two bathrooms. The top level has an open floor plan with an inviting wrap around sectional sofa, flat screen TV, dining area that seats six, fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances, gas range, sliding glass doors that enter onto a full porch that runs the length of the building. Windows and the deck look out onto a private, colorful dense garden and koi pond. An easy to use gas grill and two sunny and private outdoor seating areas provide additional entertainment space.

The bottom floor has two bedrooms each with a queen sized bed and flat screen TV and DVD player and walk-in closets. One room has a desk that's ideal for a quiet workspace. The master bedroom is connected to its own private bathroom. Sliding glass doors open directly onto a hand crafted stone patio that leads to the garden.

Enjoy our outdoor ping pong table, wireless internet throughout, and detailed personalized visitors' guide with all kinds of recommendations for our wonderful Noe Valley neighborhood and throughout San Francisco as well.

There is plenty of easy on street parking on our block. No permits required.

Friendly, but very respectful owners live upstairs. The apartment is a fully separate unit and you will have your own private entrance. The apartment is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy the comforts of home while visiting one of the best cities in the world. And Noe Valley is truly a remarkable neighborhood. Many independent, locally owned stores and outstanding restaurants, lots of personality, charming cafes, good parks for kids, a Whole Foods grocery store within easy walking distance. Enjoy our vibrant local farmer's market on Saturday mornings.

Our location is perfect for easy access to public transportation that can take you downtown, over to the Castro (which is also an easy walk), or across the Bay. Heading to Silicon Valley? The Google bus stops very close to us!

We feel completely safe walking around the neighborhood any time of day or night. It's a really special part of San Francisco.

Ideal for romantic getaway, families, friends get together, business trips, grandparents visiting their kids in SF -- really just about anyone who wants a delightful place to hang out -- both inside and in the garden -- that's easy to get to downtown, but quiet enough to hear the birds and sleep well.

Why The Owner chose San Francisco

Noe Valley is sunny, progressive, family friendly, and has a really vibrant personality. Located in the heart of San Francisco, it has bakeries and cafes, jazz bars, ice cream and gelato, Whole Foods grocery, cool clothing stores, interesting gift shops, great bookstores, fabulous restaurants. And it's a hop, skip, and jump from the rest of the city, which has endless, diverse attractions and people to explore.

What makes this apartment unique

We're on the same block as a community park, complete with a tennis court, basketball and a new state- of-the-art toddlers' play area. We're just around the corner from Firefly and Contigo, fantastic restaurants you won't want to miss. A few blocks away there is another playground for older children. A new fun coffee shop, recently opened on the corner.

San Fran Stay

  • 5 of 5

This space was great . We loved the home and neighborhood. Everything was clean and very tastefully done. Extra thought was put in to things like the binder filled with information about the appliances, neighborhood and San Francisco area. Loved the patio!

Basement had a very slight mustiness but our allergy prone kids were fine. We were very happy with this home!

San Francisco Gem!

  • 5 of 5

Recently stayed here with another couple. The apartment was just great! More than enough room for four people. Everything was as advertised. We loved the outdoor space and having coffee in the sun. The neighbourhood was also very nice! Felt safe walking around. So many amenities within walking distance. Enjoyed the bakeries and restaurants. Twenty minute drive to Fishermans wharf. The apartment was very well equipped...from the kitchen to towels to shampoo and body wash in the showers. The fresh flowers on the table were a lovely touch. Our hosts were very responsive when the tv wouldn't cooperate! Would definately stay here again.

Owner's Response: Hi LIsa, thank you so much! We figured out that the extension cord had become unplugged from the wall! So the tv is working just fine. Next time! Thanks so much.

Wonderful Apartment in a lovely location

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here for 4 nights in August. The apartment is absolutely lovely and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. There was plenty of space for the 3 of us and the outside space was delightful. We loved the location and enjoyed walking to the local bakery every morning for delicious pastries and bread. We also visited a local Italian restaurant and pizza takeaway which were both excellent. We loved the area and seeing lots of locals walking their dogs, taking kids to the park etc. It feels a very safe place and we loved being part of it. Would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks.

Wonderful apartment in a great neighborhood.

  • 5 of 5

What a weekend! There aren't too many rentals which match the pictures exactly but this one did. We got exactly what we expected which was a comfortable, clean, relaxing apartment with all of the comforts of home. I could not have asked for more. My only regret was that our stay was so short, only 3 days. We definitely could have used a few more days...we did not want to leave! The garden, patio, and deck were absolutely fantastic and the perfect place to sit and relax with a glass of wine. The beds were sumptuous, the decor was simple and chic (very city), the kitchen was well-equipped, which made it very easy to fall into that vacation vibe. Getting around on public transit was also a breeze, as was grocery shopping (Whole Foods within walking distance) and restaurants. The street is hilly, but this is San Francisco, after all! For me that was the best part. I will definitely keep this place in mind for the next time and thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Home away from home

  • 5 of 5

We visited SF for 10 days which included a girl friend reunion first 5 days then our family celebrating sons graduation Last part of visit. What a perfect place to stay to see the a local community of the city plus the sights and scenic views or just enjoying quiet time relaxing with friends. There was a complete book of details given to transportation, to sights to see and how to use all electronics etc. The kitchen was one of the best stocked we have been too and the cute patio and outdoor garden was very inviting. We felt right at home and never had a need to contact owners since everything was at our finger tips. We did experience one night some loud noises coming from upstairs but that can happen which was only once. We are from Michigan and lived in Bay Area for over 35 years so know the city pretty well. Just be aware the home is on a hill and I new this but our daughter, who needs a helping hand because of balance problems, did find it challenging at times. Not a negative at all because the city is hilly but just wanted to mention. Over all had a great time and would highly recommend this home away from home to everyone.
