This exquisite 9,684 sq. ft. villa is located in Los Mangos, an exclusive neighborhood in the center of Casa de Campo, overlooking the 12th hole of the private Romana Country Club Golf Course. Its prime location provides easy access to Minitas Beach, the Hotel and the Marina. And its eastward situation allows for a soft breeze and a beautiful view of the golf course. In addition, its superb Modern-Tropical design by renowned Architect Rafael Selman interprets what it means to live in a Caribbean resort like Casa de Campo. This villa which was finished in 2004, has been featured in various arquitectural magazines and books, for its unique design, where the tropical architectural style creates harmony by utilizing the modern clean minimalist form, mixing rustic materials like slate stone, and eucalyptus wood, with ultra modern materials like stainless steel and glass.
In the large open terrace, is where you begin to appreciate the blending between tropical and contemporary. Inside the house, the roofs are concrete, and the entire house has central a/c. On each side of the living room are the main family room and main dinning room, each with glass folding frameless doors that afford beautiful views of the infinity pool and the golf course. Look at the stars while you shower in one of three bathrooms that have beautiful outside showers with patios, in addition to the inside showers. The master suite opens to the pool area in the center of the backyard. Two bedrooms have private terraces. The villa is beautifully decorated in a contemporary style, with Mitchell Gold sectional furniture and custom made bedroom and dining area furniture.
As you arrive to Villa Los Mangos you will be pampered by our dedicated staff of four who have been here for 5 years, taking care of every detail for this villa and its visitors. They will do your grocery shopping, your laundry, arrange for massages, tee times, horseback riding, boat rentals, or whatever activity your mood calls for. They can arrange for dinner reservations, however, after you try Maria's food you won't want to eat out!

We are Annie and Michael, we have a huge family who has enjoyed this house very much.
The Owner purchased this villa in 2004
Back in 2004 we had no plans to buy in Casa de Campo, until we saw this villa, which was brand new, and fell in love with it! We were staying at a friend's villa for the 4th of July week end.
We feel relaxed, disconnected and totally pampered by our fabulous staff when we visit. We never want to leave...
Gorgeous property, words can't describe it! Absolutely delightful staff, they were like family! We were a group of 12, including 2 young girls. Everyone had a wonderful time. The girls stayed in the pool! ! We were served refreshing lemonada, even better with rum! We also had tasty guacamole, those who didn't eat it before we're eating it! We pretty much lived in the main outdoor seating area. The bedrooms were very spacious. The outdoor showers were wonderful! The home was spotless! We're already trying to figure out when we can go back!! Thank you Annie, Juan Carlos
We recently returned from our most memorable Thanksgiving Gathering ever!! 15 of us (ranging in age from 12 years to 74 years old) stayed at Los Mangos 18 for seven amazing days.
We could NOT have asked for a better location or accommodations for our Nov trip to the Dominican Republic—this six bedroom villa was beautiful and met all our needs. The wonderful staff (Angelo, Juan Carlos, Margarita, and Marlenne) went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant and relaxing time—EVERY one of our meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) were eaten at the villa! We all loved how easy it was to walk to the beach or use the golf cart to get around the Casa de Campo resort.
Traveling internationally with a group this size can be nerve-wracking, but the entire trip went so smoothly! The Owner (Annie A.) helped make things easy. Being the “Point Person” for our group, I can verify that of the several people I tried contacting to arrange our trip to the DR, Annie was the MOST responsive. She was readily available via email, phone, or text. We also appreciated that on top of the assurances Home Away offers via their website, Annie also provides you with a signed “Short Term Rental Agreement”. Our group enjoyed some of the many activities available at Casa de Campo Resort—the Gym, the Spa, Golf, and Trap Shooting.
A group our size can prove to be quite challenging, but even our most “hard-to-please” members were VERY well taken care of by Anne’s staff. If we ever make it back to the DR, we would DEFINITELY want to stay at Los Mangos 18 again! (The pictures and info on the website are pretty accurate.)
MUCH APPRECIATION for a trip we will always remember!
P.S. While we were there, our group went to the Orphanato Ninos de Cristo to volunteer for a few hours. Check into it if you are interested! Also, we flew into Santo Dominigo Int’l Airport (SDQ)—nice airport!
All the words in the dictionary wouldn't be enough to describe the spectacular time that we spent at this property. We were a group of twelve. The villa itself has so much personality and charm that once you enter is like entering a tropical paradise! The villa is very spacious but cozy at the same time. The personnel that greets you make you feel right at home. They are always willing to accomodate all your wishes with a smile on their face. We drove around in the golf cart and saw other houses that looked too big, formal and intimidating. This villa was what we were looking for to spend our vacation. It has six air conditioned bedrooms, a beautiful infinity pool, a large green area with palm trees overlooking the golf course, two gazebos and much living area close to nature. The bathroom facilities are spectacular; some have a full bathroom inside plus an outside shower where you can enjoy nature to the fullest! Antonia, the cook made all of us want to forget our diet! Her menus were delicious, always accomodating any special wishes that we might have. The coconut dessert was something out of this world; and so was the "ropa vieja". Angelo and Juan Carlos were equally nice to us, but be careful, they won't let you finish your glass of wine... they are always ready to jump and fill your glass again before you finish! Nothing better though than to sit with your friends or family to chat, sip your wine and have that beautiful scenery in front of you... I could say so many more good things about this villa but only by staying there can you get the real feeling. I forgot to mention that Annie, the owner, is the most accessible person you can find. She answered all e-mails and phone calls promptly and sent suggested menus, so we were able to plan our meals ahead of time. We will definitely return next year!
I have traveled to the Dominican Republic many times and have to say this is one of the best times I have had. The villa is amazing, very tropical with lots of outdoor space allowing a nice breeze throughout the house. The bedrooms had air conditioning and hot water, which was very important for us. Annie, the owner, was extremely pleasant and great to deal with. Always answering e-mails and phone calls during the booking process.
The best thing about our stay was the staff. Not only great people, but just top notch service. They were so accommodating, warm and friendly that they felt like family. The meals were absolutely amazing. We had made from scratch ropa vieja, a real Dominican breakfast every morning with fresh juices and the BEST desserts ever! Homemade oreo cheesecake and coconut flan. Yum!!!
Overall I would highly recommend staying at Annie's villa. A memorable experience in every way!
We wanted to say "thank you" for your attention to detail before and during our stay at your beautiful home - Los Mangos 18. We enjoyed our time there and were very sad to leave. The staff you have is exceptional. Fresh flowers everyday on the meal tables and amazing attention to detail. We were sometimes challenged to communicate but we were always met with a smile and eagerness to learn. Our meals were fantastic and the setting beautiful. We did not use the downstairs 2 bedrooms at all. They were a bit too remote for our family. The location of your home and the staff made our vacation perfect. The children want to know why I cannot make fresh “Lemonada” like JuanCarlos. In addition, we all enjoyed some of Antonia’s favorite Dominican recipes one day for lunch. They were both a delight to work with. Thank you again for being very attentive.
Our family of 6 spent 2 weeks at this beautiful villa. We will take home many happy memories, but we now realize how important staff are to this kind of holiday as we spent the first 2 weeks at another villa - a very nice villa, but with poorly-trained and inadequate staff. The staff at 18 Los Mangos are truly wonderful. Our cook, Rosa, cooked from her heart. The other staff, Juan Carlo, Angelo and Marlene, were warm, hospitable and helpful in every way. Each in his or her own way contributed so much to a very special holiday at the incomparable Casa de Campo resort.
