Wedding Weekend Home Base

We were here for a 3-night stay for our son’s wedding. We could not have been more pleased with the hospitality of the hosts. The home is very large with lots of space for everyone to enjoy either alone in their expansive bedrooms or together in an indoor or outdoor space. The entire home is beautiful and conveniently located close to the town of Bethel. The yard was very convenient for our two dogs. Despite the weather being challenging this home made our experience wonderful. Thank you Steve!

What a house

Great big Cape with awesome floor plan. Plenty of room for the whole family, 3 married kids and their (2) kids. 12 mins to Sunday River. And fenced in back yard was perfect for the dogs. Would definitely go back again.

Clean Home, Great For A Large Group

We had a really nice stay. The place was clean and the beds are really nice and large. The location was also perfect if you are planning to ski at Sunday River! We also loved that it was dog friendly. The photos did not really match the home in person as far as decor goes. Alot of the furniture is different which I felt took away from the luxury farmhouse feel a bit. The stone fireplace also doesn't work which was originally a huge selling point for us. There is an electric fireplace in the sunroom however it was way too cold out there in January for us to enjoy it. Unfortunately the heaters in that room do not work which was a bummer because had been really excited to spend a lot of our time in that room. Overall we would stay here again but feel those few things are important to note!

Top notch

This place is better than the pictures show. It was a perfect size for our group, we had 12 people, plenty of room. Quality of everything is better than anywhere I’ve ever stayed before. You can tell they care that you have what you need and I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a place. (Except during this week, because we want to come back every year now!!) Very close to Sunday River, loved that we did not have a long drive after a long day skiing! Steve & Jobie are super responsive and very easy to work with. 10 stars if I could! Thanks for a great week! Best vacation!

Family vacation

This property was even better than the pictures. The house is very spacious and we were a family of 9 adults and three children. There were games , puzzles, and lots of other toys for the children as well as adults. The bedrooms were large and all had comfortable king beds. We definitely recommend this property and hope we have the opportunity to plan another family vacation in the future. More than a 5* property!!!
