The bungalow is located in a quiet location at the end of a spur road, which is a few minutes walk from the dike.
The bungalow has a size of about 60sqm and was renovated in 2017 and redesigned. The house has a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. The house is habitable all year round; this allows a modern gas central heating. The equipment includes a satellite TV, a hi-fi system, microwave, coffee maker and a coffee pad machine, kettle, baby dishes, bottle warmer, 4-zone ceramic hob, hot air oven with grill, extensive crockery for more than 4 people, includes part of the equipment as well as a baby travel bed and a baby high chair. Behind the house are in a log cabin, 4 chairs, 1 table, 2 sun beds for sharing and children sand toys. The car park, only for AidaParkgäste, is located a few meters from the house. For loading and unloading you can drive directly to the house.
