Master Bedroom: Queen size bed (sleeps 2) with a suite master bathroom which includes a sink, stand up shower, walk in closet (includes 1 Queen size high quality air mattresses and sleeps 2).

Have access to entire building. Can park anywhere inside of the garge.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the Galleria area of Houston. Very safe and quiet neighborhood.

Getting Around:
If you do not rent a car or drive, using ridshare is recommended. Shops, stores, restaurants and places for nightlife are within 3-5 mins of driving distance. This location is 10 mins from the NRG Stadium, 5 mins from the best mall in the country (galleria), 13 mins from Toyota center and 13 mins from downtown houston.

MAIL DELIVERY: Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the property. It's recommended to obtain a local PO Box or UPS Mailbox if you need access to mail during your stay. Food deliveries (DoorDash/InstaCart etc.) are just fine. Amazon also offers secure pickup and returns via their Amazon Hub stations.


EARLY CHECK-INS: Please ask if early check in is available atleast 24 hours prior to check in day. It will be based on availability.


PETS: Pet must be approved and there is a one-time pet fee (per pet).

Our units only come with 1 set of key fobs. If you need another set it has to be requested before your stay and the fee is $100.

When booking and/or cancelling your stay at any of our listings, you hereby agree to not write a bad review without first making us aware of any issues that you are having, and
allowing us to fix the issue(s)
