Welcome to our condo, a luxuriously appointed suite in the heart of downtown Victoria! Spoil yourself in our over 900 square foot air conditioned condominum complete with all the luxuries of home... and more! Surrounded by a lush garden court yard and cascading waterfalls, Island Falls promises to be a unique and memorable experience!

In the kitchen you will find a custom Italian Shiffini kitchen including high grade stainless steel appliances (AEG, Bosch, Liebherr), imported granite countertops and black pinewood cabinetry with precision soft-touch closure.

In the bedroom, you will find a plush pillow-top queen size bed and a spacious walk-in closet. Additional sleeping is available on the double hide-a-bed in the living room. In the spa like master bathroom, you will find dual flush toilet, double vanities, deck mounted bathtubs and a frameless glass and marble shower!

The den provides a peaceful space to curl up to read / relax with the option of closing the frosted sliding door for added privacy.

Cable television, wireless internet and a home phone (free local calling) are just a few of the many amenities provided in this elegantly appointed accommodation. Additionally, the condominium has an outdoor swimming pool, fully equipped gym / hot tub and a double-gated secure underground parking.

About The Owner

My husband and I love Victoria and have raised our family here for the past 40+ years! We both love to travel and have a passion for ballroom dancing and meeting new friends! Renting our condo allows us to showcase our beautiful city and to show others that Victoria isn't just a small seaside city, it is a fun place to meet new friends and to have new adventures!

The Owner purchased this condo in 2009

Why The Owner chose Victoria

We decided to purchase our condo because of the excellent location... Downtown Victoria. Upon exiting the building you are surrounded by all the major downtown tourist attractions (Royal British Columbia Museum, Parliament Buildings, Inner Harbour, Government Street etc.). Additionally, nothing is more than a 10 minute drive from our condo, so if you are into golfing, hiking or exploration... nothing is out of reach!

Really enjoyed our stay at The Falls. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Kempton and Lucy were very accommodating and helpful.

Hope to return to Victoria and would definitely stay there again.

Nice condo but...

We had a mixed experience staying in this condo. First off, communication with owners was good. They are very thorough and were on time to meet us which is key for a vrbo rental

The condo layout was good with a well stocked kitchen, new washer and dryer, comfortable living room space and two bathrooms were modern

The areas we found lacking were the cable channels - extremely basic and internet was very slow which must mean the most basic level as well.

The biggest area of dissatisfaction for us was the noise. You can hear people yelling on the street with all doors and windows closed and alot of traffic noise. You are on the fourth floor so have no view and the noise makes the balcony unuseable. There was no tv in the bedroom which would have helped to block out the noise so you could fall asleep. We ended up checking out a day early on our short four night stay (no refund of any type offered, although we were prepared for that and were willing to pay more to stay somewhere quieter and get a proper nights sleep

We have stayed many places, hotels and condos right in downtown Victoria and I can definitely say that this condo is much louder than any other one we have stayed in

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear about your experience and dissatisfaction during your stay. The condo is located in the heart of downtown Victoria meaning there are restaurants, traffic and people on the street and the typical sounds associated with downtown living. If the noise became constant and excessive the building security and live in manager would contact the police. As for the television and internet we do offer our guests the option to upgrade should they find the current channels or internet connections unsatisfactory. Unfortunately the pulse of downtown living is beyond our control, but we will do everything we can to make our guests stay as comfortable as possible.

We stayed at # 407 at 7070 Courtney Street for a 9 week period this winter. The condo felt like home from the first moment we entered, very clean, tastefully furnished and with all the necessary conveniences needed and more. We are seniors and this location was so central that we could walk everywhere to take care of our needs.

Lucy and Kempton were wonderful hosts providing highly personal help and information. We hope to be lucky to return.

Great Weekend!

We enjoyed the condo very much -- the physical layout and central downtown location with secure parking included. Lucy and Kempton were prompt and responsive in every way possible. We would recommend this property for a solo/couple. And we will surely hope to reserve this property again for our regular visits to Victoria.

BC bound

We had a wonderful stay at your condo in Victoria. The location could not have been better, everything was within walking distance. Your condo was equipped with everything we could hope for and then some. Kempton was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all our questions and concerns. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place in the downtown core. We even got to watch the Remembrance Day parade from the balcony as it marched north on Douglas St. The included parking space was an added bonus. Access to the highways was easy and convenient. Looking forward to staying there again on our next trip west.

Great location and amazing condo

We stayed at The Falls for an extended weekend and couldn't be more impressed. Lucy was wonderful to work with over email and Kempton was kind enough to show us around the building and ensure that we were comfortable in the condo. The condo is wonderfully appointed and very modern with a good collection of essentials for cooking in. The location cannot be beat. You can walk to all the sites in Victoria city center and there are many dining options nearby. The building is secure from the parking to the entry into the building. While the condo is a low level floor, we were never bothered by the noise from the city life going on around us. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay at the Falls again!
