Spoil yourself in our over 900 square foot air conditioned condominum complete with all the luxuries of home... and more! Surrounded by a lush garden court yard and cascading waterfalls, Island Falls promises to be a unique and memorable experience!

In the kitchen you will find a custom Italian Shiffini kitchen including high grade stainless steel appliances (AEG, Bosch, Liebherr), imported granite countertops and black pinewood cabinetry with precision soft-touch closure.

In the bedroom, you will find a plush pillow-top queen size bed and a spacious walk-in closet. Additional sleeping is available on the double hide-a-bed in the living room. In the spa like master bathroom, you will find dual flush toilet, double vanities, deck mounted bathtubs and a frameless glass and marble shower!

The den provides a peaceful space to curl up to read / relax with the option of closing the frosted sliding door for added privacy.

Cable television, wireless internet and a home phone (free local calling) are just a few of the many amenities provided in this elegantly appointed accommodation. Additionally, the condominium has an outdoor swimming pool, fully equipped gym / hot tub and a double-gated secure underground parking.

My husband and I love Victoria and have raised our family here for the past 40+ years! We both love to travel and have a passion for ballroom dancing and meeting new friends! Renting our condo allows us to showcase our beautiful city and to show others that Victoria isn't just a small seaside city, it is a fun place to meet new friends and to have new adventures!

Why The Owner chose Victoria

We decided to purchase our condo because of the excellent location... Downtown Victoria. Upon exiting the building you are surrounded by all the major downtown tourist attractions (Royal British Columbia Museum, Parliament Buildings, Inner Harbour, Government Street etc.). Additionally, nothing is more than a 10 minute drive from our condo, so if you are into golfing, hiking or exploration... nothing is out of reach!

Great location and amazing condo

We stayed at The Falls for an extended weekend and couldn't be more impressed. Lucy was wonderful to work with over email and Kempton was kind enough to show us around the building and ensure that we were comfortable in the condo. The condo is wonderfully appointed and very modern with a good collection of essentials for cooking in. The location cannot be beat. You can walk to all the sites in Victoria city center and there are many dining options nearby. The building is secure from the parking to the entry into the building. While the condo is a low level floor, we were never bothered by the noise from the city life going on around us. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay at the Falls again!

This is a wonderful condo, beautifully furnished, convenient for Victoria and the famous harbour, restaurants, walks along the ocean front. The photos shown online of the unit, are true to life. We really enjoyed our stay, Lucy and Kempton are so accommodating, and very friendly people, we felt we had known them for years. We will definitely look to stay at this condo the next time we visit.

Great Condo, Great Location and Great Owners

Our son ,daughter in law and grand daughter stayed in this condo while we stayed in another unit in the same complex. The condo is well appointed and very well maintained and very clean. You can walk anywhere in downtown Victoria and although this unit comes with parking a vehicle is not required unless you are planning to travel to other locations. Lucy and Kempton are excellent owners and we have no hesitation in recommending this unit.

Very much enjoyed our stay.

We join the long list of previously satisfied renters of Lucy & Kempton Quon's downtown property. We found the condo to be clean, secure, very comfortable and well situated in the heart of all the tourist attractions. Our hosts were gracious in every regard to include being very prompt to repair a light bulb that burnt out during our stay. The only caveat that needs to be added is that as with any big city apartment it is subject to street noise and loud music from a nearby night spot. Having said that, we would not hesitate to recommend this unit or to rent it ourselves again.

This condo is right downtown. I stayed here instead of a hotel for work and it was a great choice. The condo is perfectly appointed, even had wine glasses, which I used to entertain clients. Everything is in fabulous condition, with a modern 'neutral' theme. We were able to walk to great restaurants every night. I recommend Milos - for Greek food, right next door and it's a short walk to Japanese Village or the Strathcona Pub. Although I had a rental car, you can easily stay here and get to and from the airport with the Airporter Bus. The depot is 1/2 block away. Lucy had coffee, popcorn, and other basics that really made you feel welcome. There is an exercise room and a small pool too. Yes, it is on a low floor above a bar, but I did not have a problem sleeping, even on Saturday night. Consider this condo over a downtown hotel for work or play any day.

Fantastic stay

Lucy and Kempton were professional, attentive and very accommodating during our brief 4 night stay. We had a great time. The suite is centrally located, completely modern and everything we needed was ready in the suite. The only thing I'll caution is the suite is right dowtown so expect some outside noises.
