Spoil yourself in our over 900 square foot air conditioned condominum complete with all the luxuries of home... and more! Surrounded by a lush garden court yard and cascading waterfalls, Island Falls promises to be a unique and memorable experience!

In the kitchen you will find a custom Italian Shiffini kitchen including high grade stainless steel appliances (AEG, Bosch, Liebherr), imported granite countertops and black pinewood cabinetry with precision soft-touch closure.

In the bedroom, you will find a plush pillow-top queen size bed and a spacious walk-in closet. Additional sleeping is available on the double hide-a-bed in the living room. In the spa like master bathroom, you will find dual flush toilet, double vanities, deck mounted bathtubs and a frameless glass and marble shower!

The den provides a peaceful space to curl up to read / relax with the option of closing the frosted sliding door for added privacy.

Cable television, wireless internet and a home phone (free local calling) are just a few of the many amenities provided in this elegantly appointed accommodation. Additionally, the condominium has an outdoor swimming pool, fully equipped gym / hot tub and a double-gated secure underground parking.

About The Owner

My husband and I love Victoria and have raised our family here for the past 40+ years! We both love to travel and have a passion for ballroom dancing and meeting new friends! Renting our condo allows us to showcase our beautiful city and to show others that Victoria isn't just a small seaside city, it is a fun place to meet new friends and to have new adventures!

Why The Owner chose Victoria

We decided to purchase our condo because of the excellent location... Downtown Victoria. Upon exiting the building you are surrounded by all the major downtown tourist attractions (Royal British Columbia Museum, Parliament Buildings, Inner Harbour, Government Street etc.). Additionally, nothing is more than a 10 minute drive from our condo, so if you are into golfing, hiking or exploration... nothing is out of reach!

Great condo, great location

the title says it all...great condo in the heart of Victoria. You can walk pretty much everywhere you want. We didn't use a car for our entire trip. Well taken care of unit with good finishings. Would recommend for smaller groups.

Perfect Location!

Our family of four stayed in Lucy and Kempton's condo for four nights and we truly enjoyed it! The condo felt very spacious with plenty of room for four of us. The entire unit was incredibly clean and the kitchen is beautiful. As former Victoria residents we knew we wanted to stay right in the heart of downtown and the location of The Falls is perfect! Many of our best memories of Victoria were within walking distance of the condo: the beautiful harbour, fabulous restaurants and cute shops. Our kids loved exploring the downtown with us!

Lucy and Kempton are extremely professional and welcoming. They have stocked the condo with everything you could possibly need. The little details made this condo perfect for our getaway (i.e. spices in the cupboard, step stool in the washroom so little kids can reach the taps without needing a lift, washer & dryer in the unit).

The unit faces Douglas street so with that comes some noise but the sound proofing in the building is excellent and we all slept well! The building has a small pool, hot tub and gym. We used all of the facilities and thought they were well kept and a nice addition to a downtown condo. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Downtown Victoia BC Condo

My wife and I stayed at the Falls a Condo complex right downtown Victoria BC for seven days. It is the third time we have stayed at the Falls and we enjoyed every minute of the time spent there. With Texas hitting the 100+ degree mark we decided to head to Canada for a temp change from the 100's to the 60's for a week of relief from the sizzle here in Texas.

Our stay this time was a one bedroom 1 1/2 bath unit on the 4th floor. I would say the higher you can rent at the Falls the better the view and less street noise. We would normally rent a 2 bedroom 2 bath and my son would come over from Seattle but since he could not make it we chose to a one bedroom.

The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. We knew from the reviews that the location was going to have a higher level of street noise but it did not bother us and we were very happy in our BC getaway.

The management was timely on meeting us and very helpful explaining everything in getting us checked in. We did have a little problem with the front door lock but Kempton came right over and fixed the problem within the hour - great service!

We would definitely choose the unit again with its location just a short walk to retail downtown shopping and three of the best PUBS in Victoria all within a 5 minute walk or so. You are right next to the Empress Hotel its such a great location.

Triple A recommendation!

Absolutely the best place to stay in Victoria! Beautiful condo, comfortable furniture, cozy bed and linens, great location, central to everything....has everything you need!

We stayed one week and it was a great experience from start to end. Kempton (owner) was great! He met us at check in, gave us a personal tour of the condo and building amenities, provided us some tips on places to visit/eat and met us at check out. Damage deposit refunded very quickly. Thanks so much for sharing your condo with us!

Pristine apartment in a great location

We loved our stay at this apartment. It was near everything we wanted to see and do--steps from the harbor, near an assortment of excellent restaurants, walking distance to the museum, the Parliament building, Chinatown and great downtown shops. The apartment is exactly as pictured, with a comfortable bed, nice furniture, a great bathroom and all the amenities you might want. And best of all, the owners were great--friendly, helpful, with good advice about sights and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.
