Remodeled and updated, this unit offers the ultimate in Mountain Comfort. Perfect for families or groups of friends, this unit is central to all the action winter or summer. Walk to the slopes or the Village Gondola or just relax with views of the Sierras. Situated in the trees next to the Canyon Lodge parking lot, Mammoth West is one of the most convenient locations in town.

The unit has an open floor plan that lets in lots of light. Stocked with all the amenities you could ever need, this is the perfect home base for all your adventures.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, oversized balcony with beautiful Forest and Mountain Views, large dining room table, 3 TVs, Blu-Ray/Netflix/Pandora/DVD, stereo system with iPod hookup, wireless internet, and a beautiful river rock hearth with wood stove (firewood provided). This two level condo sleeps 8 comfortably with 2 queens, 2 twins, and 4 bunks. There are 3 full bathrooms and a washer and dryer located in the unit. The built in humidifier on the forced air unit keeps the inside comfortable and warm when the air outside is cold and dry.

The condo complex features one of the largest and best Jacuzzis in Mammoth, providing the ideal place to relax after a full day of activities. There is also a pool, Red wood sauna, and male/female restrooms/showers.

For other nearby après ski and fine dining, the Austria Hof Restaurant & Bar is located next door to our Complex. At the end of your ski day, just ski to the base of Chair 7 at the Austria Hof Restaurant parking lot and you'll be just steps from our condo complex. Also, we have owner's Ski lockers at Canyon Lodge that can be provided for upon request.

Our unit has two parking passes for the parking area in front of the unit or just below the unit along Canyon Blvd. next to the Canyon Lodge Parking lot. Loading/Unloading/Pick Up/Drop off is permitted directly in front of the unit.

Well kept spacious condo

We really enjoyed our time at the condo. Nice big living room with great views. All the beds were nice. Great place to stay. Canyon lodge & gondola is a 10 minute walk. Although, you should print out the pdf. guide before arrival. Trying to figure out where to park any additional cars other then the 2 you are permitted for can be difficult. Especially when the service can be spotty if you are not actually at the condo which does have wi-fi. Tried calling the host but just referred to the pdf. which we were not able to view at the time. Had to pay $30 a day at the Westin for our additional car. We also were really looking forward to hitting the hot tub after a full day of fun and snow. Unfortunately the hot tub was drained & and then refilled. The hot tub was ice cold for hours. We checked back several times but gave up when it came time for dinner. The actual condo was great though.

Our stay at the condominium worked out great. Very comfortable condo. Fun time and great skiing

It had a nice short walk to Canyon Lodge. Also having the ski lockers as part of the package was very helpful. We could have used some more small pieces of wood to help start the fire in the stove as there were just large logs but we managed. The maintenance folks did a good job managing all the snow to help us get around. Thanks

Great property and great location

My husband and I and our three young children stayed in this property over President's Day weekend which is a crazy busy weekend in Mammoth. All went well. The location is really ideal because you can walk down a big flight of stairs and you are on Canyon Road that leads straight into Canyon lodge. It's a really easy walk and super convenient. We didn't drive anywhere over the weekend except to go to the market one time. We took the Gondola down to the village to eat etc. The property itself was great. We had a lot of space because our friends cancelled last minute but I think it easily could have accommodated another couple or small family. The only thing was that it was a very cold weekend with wind and a snow storm and the heat for the entire property is controlled by one thermostat on the bottom floor. So we found that the heat at night when everyone was in their beds was a bit unevenly distributed. Nevertheless I would definitely go back to this property, maybe I will bring a space heater and a humidifier! Thanks.

Loved the place, perfect for a big group. Owners were super accessible as well. You can walk to Canyon Lodge in less than 10 minutes. Will definitely be back!

Mammoth West 2017

My family and I enjoyed this property greatly. The layout is incredible and it is loaded with everything you need to be comfortable. No need to worry about extra services (i.e. ice machine, laundry, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc...). The property is well-maintained, every day. Maintenance crews kept the roads and stairways clear of snow. We walked to Canyon Lodge, every day. We did take advantage of the shuttle stop, just outside of the main office, as well. If they would have us, I would stay here again and again. Thank you John, who made himself available for any questions & concerns and who facilitated the transaction & instruction. Awesome time!

SUMMER IN MAMMOTH IS AWESOME!!! Rock Climbing and Mountain Biking within a couple hundred yards of the UNIT !! 'Warming Wall' is a great granite rock face cliff located next to the complex. Uptown/Downtown single track mountain bike trails run adjacent to our complex as well. Two of Mammoth's best single tracks, these trails run along side the mountain through a dense, mature forest of red fir and ponderosa pine. End up in town and enjoy lunch in the village then work off lunch with a ride back to the unit. World Class fly fishing at Hot Creek and Alpers Ranch (Orvis certified outfitters can assist you in town). Great SUP and Windsurfing can be had on Crawley Lake. Bodie Ghost Town (50 min. north on Hwy 395) is an unforgettable view back in time and not to be missed !! Two beautiful Golf Courses are located in Town (Snow Creek & Sierra Star) a 5 minute drive from the unit. Camp and Hike in the Sierras and use our condo as your portal (with Jacuzzi, sauna and pool)!
