The condo offers an array of amenities including central air conditioning, fully equipped gourmet kitchen in the main unit with a kitchenette in the ''lock out'' studio, granite countertops, tile flooring and numerous other conveniences. Entrance to the building is street level, so no steep hills to climb. Wheelchair accessible. Common amenities include a pool, fitness center, hottub elevators, parking, and a ''view to die for'' surrounded by lush tropical landscaping.
Spend your days poolside, at the beach or rent a jeep and tour the Island. With 2/3 of the St John protected as a National Park, beauty is plentiful. Spend the evenings at the your favorite restaurant or at the Beach Bar watching the sunset while sipping on your favorite beverage just steps from the condo.St John is home to some of the Caribbean's most pristine beaches. With over 30 beaches without a man made structure in sight, it is hard to beat the beauty and privacy that these beaches have to offer.

We fell in love with the Island of St John the first time we visited in 1999. The location of this condo is perfect as it is a short 3 minute walk from the Ferry Dock, shopping and most restaurants. The Island itself is over 2/3 National Park with approximately 30 pristine beaches without a hotel to be seen.
We had a great experience at Grande Bay. It was all about location for us and this place met every expectation. We would we definitely stay at this place again!
The condo was great, the staff was always available and helpful. The location to everything on St John was perfect. It was an easy walk from the condo to the taxi station and all shopping and restaurants. The view and sound from the balcony was wonderful. I highly recommend this condo and St John. There's plenty to do, we always felt safe and the island is just a relaxing place to get away from it all.
From scheduling to our arrival, both Christine and the property management Agent, Alex, were excellent. The place is new, clean all delivered in a beautiful view. We rented snorkeling gear and it was waiting for us in the condo. Restaurants are very good....little expensive, but this is St. Johns. Zozo's has a beautiful location and the Beach Bar is a great place to meet people. There is really nothing I could say for improvements, other than let me become Christine's best friend for life:) This is my second time, but not my last and Christine's will be my choice for housing. Enjoy.

We rented the studio for a week (wish we had stayed longer) and loved every minute of our stay. It is very clean and has everything needed to be comfortable. Truly a home away from home.
The view is fantastic, right across from the harbor beach. We watched pelicans diving for fish every morning while enjoying coffee on the balcony.
The location is perfect, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. We did rent a car for a few days and a parking space was provided. It was very quiet and peaceful and the perfect place to recharge and relax. Highly recommended!

This is a two bedroom lock out unit each with its own kitchen and washer/dryer. This means that this property can be rented either as a one bedroom or two bedroom. Please contact me for pricing for the smaller units. There is a king bed on one bedroom side, and queen bed on studio side, and each unit has a pull out sofa/bed. Each unit has its own private balcony and separate entrance from hall and an adjoining door between the units. Please email for pricing for individual unit.
