Awesome house, small, very clean and had a lovely bathroom in the basemen.
The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, unique stores and parks.
Gorgeous cottage in the heart of downtown
My family and I stayed here over Christmas and we loved it! The house is in walking distance to basically everything in town. It was clean and very cute. The newly renovated bathroom downstairs is amazingly spacious and we all loved the fireplace.
Quiet & clean
Very comfortable & quiet for a family of 4 with dog.
Tremendous downtown location, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds & everything we needed.
Tony was a great host who answered all of our questions.
Home from home in Niagara on the Lake - Great Location!
We stayed here for the last week of our family trip. Wanting to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the Niagara Falls and having briefly visited NOTL in the past we found The Town Cottage ideal for our needs.
From our first contact, enquiring on availability, payment, pre arrival information and arrival, communication with Tony was excellent. It was also great to meet with him at the property during our first morning. Living locally in the area he was full of information and was able to enhance our plans during our stay.
Location was excellent! Close to Queens St for numerous cafes, restaurants, shops and lots to see and do within walking distance from the cottage. Niagara Falls just a short drive away too.
It was nice to have our own place having spent the majority of our trip in hotels. The cottage was fully equipped, Tony had thought of everything! There was even a phone available to use to make restaurant reservations etc.
Highlight of our stay was definitely the Whirlpool Jet Boat trip up the Niagara River Rapids! Just a short walk away from the cottage, well worth seeking out!
Thanks for a very enjoyable, memorable stay, we'll be back!
Great getaway in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake!
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage. It was our home away from home for a long weekend in the Niagara area. We also appreciated that the owner, Tony, took the time to welcome us upon arrival. The cottage was in a great location, just a short walk to the city center and easy drive to the main roadway connecting to Niagara Falls. They were also dog friendly, which allowed us to bring our furry family member. Thanks Tony for a very enjoyable stay!
This is the second time that we've stayed at The Town Cottage. The location is great only a block from the main street and we could walk to anywhere we wanted to in Old Town. This time my wife's parents stayed with us for a couple days for Christmas and then my wife and I enjoyed a few quiet days.
We walked to Treadwell's for an excellent meal one evening and were also walking distance to the grocery store to pick up a few things.
Tony was a great host meeting us on arrival making sure we knew where everything was and then the place was ours for the week. The house is great and the fenced in yard was ideal for us to bring our little chihuahua. Would definitely stay again and will recommend to friends and family.
