The large master bedroom has a queen size bed; an adjoining master bath with dual sinks; and a walk-in closet with an abundance of storage. A working desk in the master bedroom is an asset to the business traveler. The second bedroom is separated from the master bedroom. It is also furnished with a queen size bed and has a large walk-in closet with plenty of storage. A large bathroom adjoins the second bedroom. Linens and towels are included. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms add to your comfort. Hair dryers are in both bathrooms.


The spacious living area has comfy large sofa and love seat with dinning table and chairs. From the balcony, enjoy the perfect winter weather or watch the fireworks in July. A fully equipped kitchen has refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, flatware, pots and pans. Cable TV and FREE wireless internet keeps you connected while away from home.

About The Owner

I fell in love with the valley when I moved here in 1971. I purchased this condo when my daughter attended ASU. A short walk to ASU, Sun Devil Stadium, and Gammage Auditorium, makes a great location for corporate housing, ASU visiting professors, consultants, Gammage performers and folks wanting to enjoy beautiful Tempe.

I stayed here for several months whilst on a short term secondment to Arizona State University. This is a very nice, extremely spacious flat. Less than 15 mins walk to the main shopping district on Mill Avenue and the main ASU campus. There is a pleasant pool, useful gym and underground (much appreciated in the Phoenix heat!) car park. The flat was furnished with everything I seemed to need. The owner was very helpful and efficient at sorting out my arrangements. If I get to return to ASU I will be checking availability here first!

The Vale

Have you ever had a greeting card waiting for you upon your arrival at your destination? Until my stay at 1111, neither had I. The condo was immaculate and well-appointed The beds were comfortable and the decor overall was wonderful. In addition to the convenient location, the underground garage keeps your car from turning into the oven and the Orbit stops right outside of the development. If you're lookiing for a home away from home in Arizona, this is it! My only regret is that I did not get to personally meet my outsanding host.

Excellent Phoenix-area condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was spacious, comfortable, and centrally located to all the activities we had planned. It definitely lived up to its listing description -- very clean and well-maintained. The owner was very helpful in providing directions and so pleasant to work with. And, we loved the 'welcome to my home' treats! Without hesitation, we would stay here again and would certainly recommend it to family and friends.

Convenient location and furnished with everything!

Stayed here in 2008 and enjoyed my time here. Walked to almost everything. Great restaurants and live entertainment on Mill Ave. is an easy stroll so you don't have to hire a cab or drive. Wanted to stay here when I came in 2009 but was already reserved so stayed at Donna's other condo in Tempe which is 1bedroom and very nice as well. Definitely would recommend and plan to contact her when I visit Tempe again.
