This 4 bedroom, 2100 square foot home, comfortably sleeps 10 and is located within the world class resort of Mauna Lani! The fully equipped kitchen with wine fridge, Shun knife set, stainless steel appliances and granite counters is a chefs dream. The two Master bedrooms have full ensuites, king beds, walk in closets, and lanai's with bistro table or loungers. The third and fourth bedrooms include a queen bed and two double beds, with a full bathroom. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's (32' to 42') and full cable. The open living room concept has a 50' flat screen TV, and seating for 10. Retractable glass patio doors provide an open air environment between the great room and main lanai. Stepping outside, you will be greeted by a stainless steel Wolf BBQ, large patio table and outdoor ceiling fan. The home is fully stocked with paper products, spices, kitchenware, beach towels and pool toys. The property has a full sized washer and dryer.
Located within a 2 minute walk of the property, is the private Kamilo resident's recreation center. It offers a state of the art workout facility, two hot tubs, two pools, cabanas, lounge chairs, patio tables and a covered pergola providing relaxation and a resort atmosphere. You are within walking distance to the Fairmont Orchid Hotel and The Shops at Mauna Lani. These venues provide a variety of restaurants, boutique shopping, food market and beach access.
You are a 3 minute drive (10 minute bike ride) to the private beach club which you gain access to as our guests.

Perfect Home for Your Stay on the Big Island
This home in the Muani Lani resort area was the perfect base for our family trip to the Big Island. The house is located within walking distance to the shopping area, beaches and resorts. It is set up with all the beach items we needed. The house was very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped as well as my kitchen at home. I wouldn't hesitate to return and hope we get to.
Awesome place with all the amenities!
This is a fantastic value...plenty of space for people to have some privacy, big kitchen and dining table for everyone to get together. The 2 master suites are well appointed, great finishes, all the supplies provided. The beds were super comfy. The house was clean, kitchen was the best part of the whole property. Thank you to the owners for sharing their special place in Waikoloa!
We had a large group and the house suited our needs perfectly! The kitchen is well stocked with pans, dishes, appliances, etc... The crib and high chair were life savers. The pools/gym are a short walk around the corner, and the beach is beautiful with great snorkeling! They have chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, coolers and more available in the garage. The owner is very easy to work with. I'm giving it a 4 because I can't give it a 4 1/2, for being a little run down. Thanks for having us!!
Great Location. Pool and Private Beach were fantastic.
We had six adults and two small toddlers. The set up is very kid friendly. The little boys enjoyed all the beach sand toys, the scooter, and the little bike. The adults enjoyed all the snorkel equipment, beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler.
You have to drive to the private beach but it is close and totally worth it. They supply chairs and plenty of shade at a nice calm beach with good snorkeling. The toddlers enjoyed the kids pool in the afternoons.
The house itself is very nice. The kitchen equipment is not 100% user friendly and there is only a peek a boo ocean view from the top balcony but the house is top notch and we enjoyed the BBQ and hanging out on the patio. We brought our own Amazon fire stick so we could watch movies at night. The local grocery store is also very close and convenient.
I wouldn't hesitate to bring my family here again.
Very comfortable and convenient location
My family loved this home! It was in a gorgeous area close to a supermarket (which is key) with lots of comfortable space to lunge and hang out. It was especially nice to have the BBQ and pool amenities to use as well. Definitely will come back for the next family staycation.
House was very nice and we particularly enjoyed having TV's in every bedroom.
We had a great time as usual.
