We would like to welcome you to stay in our home at the Winter Park Resort Base Village. Our condo is just a 200 yard walk to the Zephyr Express Lift. We are adjacent to the New Village where you can find a variety of shops, dining, and an ice skating pond. Our 5th floor unit has gorgeous views of the village and mountain while also overlooking the Amenities Deck.

This is one of the few 1BR condos in Founders Pointe that has a FULL KITCHEN, and not a kitchenette. The Fully Furnished Kitchen (should you want to cook) features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.
BEDROOM & BATHROOM
The bedroom features a KING-SIZE bed. It also has a ceiling fan and a 27-inch TV. The bathroom has an over-sized bathtub. Comfort and convenience features include humidifier, iron, and hair dryer.
The entertainment center comes equipped with a 36-inch LCD flat-panel TV and an XBOX 360 with several games included. The XBOX can also be used as a DVD player.
LOCATION & AMENITIES
Founders Pointe is conveniently located in the Winter Park Base Village. The building has an amenities deck on the third floor that includes a large 40-person outdoor hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and several barbecue grills. The lobby provides access to building elevators, heated underground parking garage, and private ski lockers. For security, key cards are required for entry to the building and garage.
Winter Park Resort provides free bus transportation to town.

My husband is a big fan of skiing. He started our kids since they were 5 years old. My son now loves skiing, and we find ourselves coming back to Winter Park a couple times each winter. Winter Park is only a short drive from Denver airport. The mountain is easy enough for the beginners and challenging enough for the experts. Besides the great snow and skiing, what we like most about Winter Park is the friendly people!

Everything was perfect....easy check in...so clean...comfy bed....so close to slopes....heated parking.....great snow.......I could go on and on. We also loved Tabernash Tavern....thanks for the recommendation! My mouth is still watering when I think of our dinner. :) Now I understand why you have such high ratings on the VRBO website. I'll quit rambling...but I just wanted to again thank you for your kindness and the use of your home away from home. I'm hoping this will not be the last of our correspondence!

Very short walk to bars, restaurants and ski lift. Location, Location, Location! New, clean and comfortable, what more could you ask for!
Amazing location with a view of the Winter Park lifts and large outdoor hot tub. We enjoyed the extra space the ski locker gave us. The place was very clean and organized. Having a full size kitchen is a must. We have stayed in units with a kitchenette and struggled to make meals and store food. We look forward to future stays.
Completely satisfied with this condo. Enjoyed the location to Winter Park skiing, snowmobiling, and places to eat (Pizza Pedlar/Mexican Restaurant/Crepe-pastry-ice cream) . Hue was very efficient and quick to respond and provide answers to our questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nicely setup and equipped one bedroom condo. This unit worked perfectly for our family with two adult college aged boys. We selected this unit knowing it was a nice size for just my wife and I or the family if our boys were able to join us, and they did. The unit was spacious enough and we were all comfortable. We appreciated having a full size kitchen. The facility has a lot of amenities with a parking garage, nice hot tub, locker, and a close location to the slopes. There is a modest walk to get to the lift but it was close enough that we ate lunch in the condo daily. The owner was prompt to reply to all our questions and was easy to work with. We would stay here again.
We spent 7 nights in this spacious 1 bedroom condo. The location is fantastic.... 5 min walk to the Zyphyr lift. The furnishings are modern and clean. The bed was comfortable and linens and towels in like new condition. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, new pots and pans, plenty of silverware as well as a large crock pot. The community hot tub is HUGE!! I usually won't step foot in a hot tub but this one was super clean with powerful jets. It's capacity was easily 15 people without feeling as if you were invading someone's space. It was the perfect place to soak sore muscles after a day of skiing and a pleasant place to mingle with family and other vacationers. The condo is a corner unit which allows for a peek a boo view of the slopes. You don't hear noise because of the way it is situated. Plus the best views are from the top of the mountain. We would definitely stay in this condo again. Hue was quick to answer questions and very responsive. We had a great time.
