This lovely 2-story, 3 BR/2.5 bath home sleeps 10, and is located directly on the Gulf and has direct beach access. The house features all of the comforts of home: a full kitchen, washer/dryer, tvs with cable television, Wi-Fi broadband internet access, large master suite with a jacuzzi tub in the master suite.

Marvel at spectacular sunsets, views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and amazing white-sand beaches from the home's private decks. The bunk room for kids is a perfect place to watch movies. Summer or winter, enjoy the living room fire place with friends and family.

The quaint town of Seaside is just a short walk away, where you'll find great shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and tons of family activities for the entire family.

A Saturday to Saturday rental, a 7 night minimum stay is required during Spring Break & Summer, and Peak times.

Spring Break is defined as 3/4/2017 to 4/17/17 this year. Peak Season is week of Memorial Day to Labor Day. All reservations are subject to approval and confirmation email sent to rentor by the owner.

About The Owner

The Gross’ live just down the coast in Gulf Breeze, FL and spend lots of their own time at Get to the Point and Looney Dunes. They have 4 kids between the ages of 21 and 28 and know how important it is to get away with the family. Though the houses have been rented previous seasons, this is the first year that the Grosses have chosen to facilitate all rentals. By taking care of things on their own, the Grosses are confident they will be able to give better, more personal service to their renters.

The Owner purchased this house in 1995

Beautiful beaches, great restaurants, wonderful shopping, and a laid back atmosphere that is unique to the area. We enjoy the constant cultural opportunities such as plays, art and music festivals. The area also encourages a healthy and active lifestyle.

What makes this house unique

Being just outside of seaside, our renters can enjoy a little extra space and privacy that is not found in the city center. The property rests on a 32 foot bluff overlooking the gulf. Each night you can view the beautiful sunsets from your own balcony.

Our trip was fantastic and Seawalk Circle was the perfect house and location for our family.

This house was beautiful inside and out. Great views of the ocean from all decks in the house, especially the master bedroom. The space was open and perfect for a large family. It is perfectly located next to Seaside. The owner, Cindy, was wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back.

Looney Dunes...doesn't get any better than this!

My family recent spent a week at Looney Dunes. We booked fairly last minute and the owner was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with.

What a fantastic house and location. Close to everything, walking distance to Seaside and the numerous restaurants and stores. The view from the house is amazing. The beach just a few seconds from the patio.

The house is very well thought out, with very spacious living and sleeping areas. The kitchen is beautiful and had every utensil possible to make cooking a breeze. Bonus was a Green Egg grill outside.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Looney Dunes. We originally planned to do all kinds of day trips while visiting but ended up just relaxing on the beach most days. Would highly recommended a stay at Looney Dunes and look forward to returning next year.

Summer 2011

We had a wonderful time visiting the SNOW white beaches!

The weather was amazing and the house was more than we ever expected.

When we first walked in we smiled and were excited to see how clean - spacious and beautiful the home was. We have stayed at other locations and by far this was the best yet!

We made a few day trips over to Panama City - about a 25 minute drive (even though the GPS said it was 50 minutes) - noticed the GPS takes you the scenic route which is about 25-30 mph speed zones - but if you hop back on the highway it reduces the trip by more than half.

A five star stay and I recommend this home to anyone wanting to have a nice and relaxing time on the ocean. There were no negatives to this home or location. Quiet neighborhood - large decks on the home - bedrooms were great - mattresses were comfortable - views were amazing.

This is a home I could live in year round.

Anyone vacationing at this home should be sure and check out all the art stores/shops about 5-8 minutes to the west on the main road. Dozens of shops and places to eat, as well.

We would definitely return

This is a lovely home situated right on the Gulf of Mexico. We will definitely try to return. We wanted a week on the beach and it worked perfectly. We barely needed to get into the car as it is within walking distance of a deli, restaurants, coffee shops, a fish store and a convenience store. The owner couldn't have been kinder with making sure we had everything we needed and then some. I would highly recommend this property for a perfect beach vacation.
