About Lindsay Laurello

I am a recent graduate of Syracuse University, Go Orange! After school I was faced with the scary question of 'where do I see myself next?'. After weighing my options, I decided to stay home to work for my families business, which leads me to where I am now- helping you have the most memorable and relaxing stay here in Ashtabula County.

Lindsay Laurello purchased this house in 1991

Why Lindsay Laurello chose Ohio

This home was a full time, year around rental. Once the family moved, it was in need of renovation, and it was a natural fit for a vacation rental.

What makes this house unique

The beautiful vineyards surrounding the property. The property is located on a working farm, with 48 acres of Vinis Lambrusco (Concord grapes). Beautiful patio and fire pit overlooking the vineyards.

Spacious home

  • 5 of 5

We held an extended family weekend over New Year's. Three generations gathered and the Hauser was perfect for us. We had space to spread out, play games, and eat. We had movie nights in the man cave. The young adults went across the drive to the winery in the evening. The house is close to everything, but out in the country enough to feel like a true get away. Thanks!

A house in the vineyard. Sitting around the fire ring, warm on a starry starry night. Perfect!

The house is well equipped and comfortable. Lindsay stopped by shortly after our arrival with a welcome gift of wine. Such a convenient location and just steps to the Laurello winery for more wine and weekend entertainment. You even provided perfect fall weather for us. We have found the perfect spot for future visits to the Ohio wine country. Thank you for your gracious hospitality.

Nancy Thomas.

Family reunion

  • 5 of 5

We selected Lindsay Laurello's vacation home for our family reunion during one weekend in August since it was conveniently located halfway between our respective homes in Ohio and upstate New York. The farmhouse was perfectly suited for 8 of us (6 adults and 2 children). Kids had a great time watching movies and playing games in the Man Cave and all of us appreciated the proximity of the the winery restaurant next door where we enjoyed good food, wine and live music. We recommend this farmhouse as a vacation spot to anybody visiting this area.

Roomy & the perfect location to the wineries

  • 5 of 5

The home is a VERY large home. There was six in our party and we were never crowded. The home was clean. Our purpose of the trip was to do wine tours. I don't care much for uptown geneva or the uptown wineries. So this location was perfect for going to ferrante, south river, dabonay, etc. it was a short 10 min drive to them. The winery, Leurello, that sits right next to the home was also pretty cool. The setup there is really neat with the outside patios. Very large and not crowded.

The home was nice and cool ,especially for this Ohio heat right now. The upstairs was a little warm, but not terribly uncomfortable. Just get out a fan located in the closets. We have no complaints & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The check in and out was simple.

The only sugestion is I wish the home had a 3rd half bath, but again, not a deal breaker in any way shape or form.. Wonderful home and wonderful time. Thanks for sharing your property.

Highly recommended!

  • 5 of 5

There were a few of us this past weekend. Some had been to the house before, other's had not. We all thought it was the perfect spot for a getaway. All you would need for a little weekend away and not far from the wineries. Highly recommend!
