We use this vacation condo ourselves as much as we can and love to rent it so other people can enjoy it (as much as we do!) for their Park City vacation.

Just returned last night from our stay in Park City at your Powder Loft Condo. We had a great time and the condo was PERFECT!!! We would highly recommend it to a couple or a couple +1. We hope everything is in order at the condo. We hope to rent from you again and will recommend your condo to friends traveling to PC.
My husband and I just got back from a week staying in the Powderloft. We used it as a basecamp to check out all of the Park City area ski resorts. While we enjoyed our stay, there were a few surprises that I wanted others to be aware of. But first, I will say that it is a true to the photos, clean and well maintained.
Our first annoyance was that the walls in the Prospector are ridiculously thin. I'm sure this may all be a matter of what you are used to in apartment buildings and motels/hotels, but to us it seemed like everything came right through the walls - babies crying, showers running, people walking in ski boots, etc. (And we live in a townhouse/condo so we are used to living with shared wall space). We found it very hard to sleep the first couple nights, until we found a fan in the loft that drowned out the noise (and even then I had to use earplugs to sleep).
The second annoyance was that the "on site" jacuzzi was a pretty far walk for winter. Part of the reason I jumped at this place was because I love an apres ski hot tub soak. The jacuzzi is so far away I felt the need to drive over to it because by the time I would have soaked and walked back, I'd be cold again.
All this being said however, the price of the Powderloft is about 1/5 that of similar studio type rentals in Park City, so I feel a bit bad complaining. While it was a great value, I'm not sure we'll stay here again - I think we'd be willing to pay a bit more to have thicker walls and a closer hot tub. However if neither of the above things would bother you and/or you really like getting a steal of a deal, I would definitely recommend the Powderloft. I just wanted to write a review so others would not be surprised as we were by these things.
The powder loft was perfect for us. Just enough space for two. We had a very enjoyable stay and everything was comfortable. Close distance to the surrounding ski resorts as well. We had a car, however there is a transit service so really no need for one. I would recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to park city.
The Powderloft was a great accomodation for our recent 4 day weekend trip to Park City. There was enough room to spread our gear out without tripping over it. The gas fireplace was perfect for a quick warm up and also did a great job drying our gloves and boots. We had a car but navigating the free bus system was very easy and the bus stops were all a walkable distance from the building. The owner was very responsive regarding a billing issue that came up with management and everything was quickly resolved.
The ‘Powder Loft’ was great, and actually bigger than it looks in the photos. We have stayed in several, similar places across the US and this was definitely the best equipped in terms of decent size glasses and tumblers and plates and cutlery etc. I was slightly concerned about being a little way from Main Street but that didn’t matter at all, there were some great local restaurants and the bus service to the mountains and town was faultless.
The condo was lovely. Very cozy with fireplace, good location near the free bus stop to get around. Good Karma is a great restaurant within walking distance and Kari was great to coordinate with. I would stay there again for my next work conference and recommend it to my friends and family as well.
Fantastic in every respect! Warm, welcoming, cosy without being cramped, fully-equipped, well-maintained, clean and quiet, with a great view to boot. Perfect location - walking distance to the most necessary amenities, and right on the shuttle loop for everything else. Sensibly priced with friendly, speedy, and helpful service from the owner (or management?) -- we'll be back!
