One of the sofa's is a double bed sized sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has its own private bath. The larger of the bedrooms has a King Bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds (may be put together upon special request). There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Floors are warmed with radiant heat in the Winter. There is cable TV in the living room and high-speed wireless roaming internet access throughout the home and property.
The trumpet-vine-covered bricked entry/portico with cast-iron benches and chairs provides an additional seasonal outdoor gathering space.

Awesome home. This is definitely the way to see Santa Fe. We could not have asked for anything better!
We had the pleasure of staying at Casa Colibri over the holidays. The home was a perfect set up for a family of four. Husband and wife enjoyed the king bedroom while our two girls in their twenties shared the room with the twin beds. We were able to cook a lovely Christmas Eve dinner in a well stocked kitchen and the common areas were well set up for entertaining family and lounging when we were not touring downtown historic Santa Fe, which is a short 3-4 block walk. Museums, galleries, shopping and great restaurants are all nearby, so while a car is nice for side trips to Chimayo and Taos, among other locations, it is not necessary if all you want to do is see this incredible gem of a city. Manager was extremely helpful in booking and answered all of our questions graciously. We would come again (perhaps during warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor dining seating and gas grill) and will recommend to our friends! Thank you for making our holidays extra special.
This property is simply beautiful with strong regional influences in the furniture, architecture, and art. We loved it for a Thanksgiving get-away for my husband and myself, along with my parents. It is about a .4-mile walk to the Plaza and convenient to many other attractions and shopping. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed to prepare a few meals. It was a little chilly in the casita when we arrived, and we struggled to get the temperature up. Fortunately, there was the fireplace and plentiful blankets for the bed.
We would definitely stay here again!
CASA Casita was great lodging for a 55+ girls getaway. It is in close proximity to The Plaza, walkable for some, tall hill to climb on returning from Plaza. The accommodations are very nice: ceiling fans in all rooms, nice bedding, comfortable living room, extra fans in closets, fully stocked kitchen, good showers, brick floors, authentic Santa Fe casita! One negative: we turned the radiant heat off on day one. Temps at night in 40s and 70s in day. We were very hot the entire trip, day and night. Would stay here again if we could regulate temperature.
Adorable place, perfect location. Set in a quiet neighborhood, yet so close to the Plaza. Spent the week there just to get away, then my husband met me for the weekend. The house was so inviting, we probably spent more time there than out on the town. Would definitely recommend it to others, and rent again.
Great location for 10 minute walk to the Plaza. Its not on a busy street as some rentals are and has a good supply of blankets, utensils, soap and T paper. Quiet and warm, with a little fireplace. Can't think of one complaint, we totally enjoyed ourselves!
Casa Colibri is located 3 blocks north of the historic Santa Fe Plaza. You can walk out your door and within five minutes be immersed in the great cultural milleau that is Colorful Santa Fe!
