A very nice basement apartment and convenient. Great Italian Restaurant just one block up to 8th Ave and left. Owner was very accommodating and thoughtful. Hope to stay there again.
Stayed here for 2 nights while in town for a family wedding. It was really convenient for us because my sister lives about 7 blocks away. Short walk to the F train. We jogged over to Prospect Park in the morning for a run, which is a bonus! The apartment is a little small but plenty comfortable for 2 people. More than that would be a little crowded in my opinion. Really quiet place despite being near a busy street and being in NYC! Slept fairly well. only thing is that you can hear some creaking floor boards and activity upstairs, so if you are a light sleeper, you might need ear plugs. The kitchenette is pretty small and the bathroom sink is tiny! Be sure to bring your own soap and shampoo if you're going to shower. If you need to be near Park Slope for any reason, this is a nice place to stay!
Nice modern apartment ,well maintained, in very desirable neighborhood with available street parking.
Very accommodating and personable owner. Close to Prospect Park and many shops and restaurants
We had a great stay in Brooklyn, nice little apartment and nice location. Everything you really need within walking distance.
I noted a couple things I wanted to remember to note when I wrote this review, but I cannot remember what they were,
meaning they really were not that big of a deal.
All in all, I would recommend this place to those looking to stay in Brooklyn for a few days.
We had a lovely stay at David's apartment. The neighborhood is great. David was a pleasure to deal with and answered all the questions we had. Highly recommend staying here.
Great little place in Park Slope. Close to the subway and was close to family in the area for us. Our kids loved playing at nearby Prospect Park - it was a beautiful place to walk around too. The bed and futon were comfortable, good water pressure in the shower, access to a nice washer and dryer was a plus. Was a little too hot for us and never could get the thermostat to work - we were there in May and it was a sunny week - but I'm sure if I would've asked David he would have helped us out with it, we just didn't bother. Had a lovely time and would definitely stay there again.
