About this property

Stunning Channel Island views from almost every room, gorgeous sunsets and tons of on property amenities abound at our beachfront rental. It's location is ideal, situated only a few blocks from Channel Islands Marina so you can walk to the Sunday Farmer's Market and restaurants. Totaling over 1700 square feet of stylish split level living.

On the main floor there is the master suite (Cal King) with ocean views from the moment you wake up in the morning. The double height ceilings in the living room w/skylights create beautiful light all day. There is a front ocean facing porch for lounging off of the living room. The dining area and kitchen separate the master from the 2nd bedroom (2 Twins) near the beautifully remodeled hall bathroom.

Off of the kitchen there is a large rear deck, gas BBQ, big comfy reclining chairs and seating for 10 around a teak table. Upstairs there is a loft lounge, small private sunning deck and 3rd bedroom (Cal King)

Secure development, easy parking, swimming pools, hot tubs, gym, racquet ball, tennis & pickle ball!!

And of course the beach!

amazing ocean get away

great views of the ocean chancel islands and the park. The condo was well equipped with a great patio front and back with all the dishes and cooking utensils one would ever need - we did Thanksgiving diner there. The back patio has a great gas BBQ with comfortable outside seating. We love the beach access, sound of the waves and the park across the street that added to the tranquil feel. The colony condo complex has several pools with a great private feel. we enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

Absolutely Gorgeous

We have rented other beach properties in the past, and this property was the most beautiful, from the amazing view of the ocean and sand dunes, to the stunning sunsets each night. Also, the decor was lovely with so much thought in every detail. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, and all beach accessories were provided. I highly recommend this gorgeous property. You won’t be disappointed!
