Why Mike chose Pacific Beach

Over 50% of the owners at 'See The Sea' are residents, so maintaining a peaceful setting is a high priority for the residents. With this being the case, its very uncommon for the many college students in the area to stay in this building so excessive and late night noise is not an issue. Additionally, the garage and building entrances are secure entrances so only people staying at 'See The Sea' have access to the common areas. This means you won't find people from the boardwalk sitting on your patio (or in the courtyard for that matter) when you get home from a nice day at the beach or touring the city.

What makes this condo unique

The 'See The Sea' building is shaped like a 'U' and the unit is situated at the center of the building with direct ocean views with no city and pedestrian noise from the boardwalk and nearby city streets make it to the patio. Also, Pacific Beach is largely residential but still has a vast selection of shops and restaurants for several blocks in any direction, so the beach, Crystal pier and a variety of things to do are just steps from your door.

Our stay at the property was fabulous. Check in and check out was smooth. Property manager stayed in contact to meet any needs and answer questions. The property was in great shape with all that the three of us needed.

Excellent location, nice unit and very quiet.

Our family of four enjoyed the stay and the good communication from the owner. There were a couple of small maintenance items that need addressed but overall it was a great place to land each evening and relax in the hot tub. Sunsets were beautiful!! Wish we had a few more days before heading home!

Love the location! It's close to everything.

We had 4 kids with us and there was plenty of space for all of us. Having the extra half bath was great. We used the patio a lot and there is plenty of room for a big group. The beach is out the front door but the way the complex is configured people cannot get access from beach to condo so it is safe and secure. It is is the middle of everything so back bedrooms will hear some night noise. Not a bad trade off! We did a mix of cooking and eating out. There are plenty of good restaurants and a grocery is within walking distance. Enjoyed our week tremendously

Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Must meet property management criteria. The Condo Association has very strict rules on excessive noise after 9 pm and fines to match that are strictly enforced. Be assured, you are staying in a building that is peaceful and relaxing.

Cancellations may be made up to 90 (PLEASE NOTE: The VRBO/HomeAway site limits the owners to selecting a cancellation refund policy of 60 days prior to the arrival date or non-refundable), so the refund policy is a miinimum of 90 days prior to arrival or within 48 hours of making the reservation, if the reservation is made less than 90 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations must be in writing. If cancellations are made outside the cancellation period the property will be put back up for rent. If the property is rented, all fees collected minus a 10% cancellation fee will be refunded, otherwise the full rental amount is due and fees will not be refunded.

NON-REFUNDABLE $55.00 DAMAGE WAIVER FEE, SO NO SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD.

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
