|Minimum Stay||3 nights|
You don’t need to live like a tourist while you visit Prague; you can live in a real apartment in the center of town. You’ll enjoy calling this apartment home. This one bedroom apartment features a modern kitchen with everything you need to cook delicious meals, including full-size stovetop and oven. The bathroom's cheery colors will make brighten your day, even if you visit Prague in the snowiest part of winter! Tired of rentals that put you and your mate in separate-but-connected twin beds? Get a good night's rest together in our queen-size bed. There is also a pull-out sofa for children or a friend. We use our apartment with our two children whenever we are in Prague, and we are very comfortable there!
Our apartment is for one couple or one family; no larger parties please. Well-behaved dogs may be allowed; please inquire first. We supply fresh linens and towels and can provide additional maid service (for a fee) if you want the apartment cleaned during your stay.
Start your day from the center of town; we are right in the Karlín neighborhood, walking distance from Old Town Square and the Municipal Building. Or, if you do not feel like taking a twenty-minute walk to Old Town Square, jump on the tram or the subway, both just down the block. You will not be jostled by tourists in this part of the city; rub shoulders with the people of Prague in a real neighborhood as you shop for rohlíky and Becherovka or have a coffee and a famous kobliha at Café Imperial. You can cook at home using local ingredients or check out some of the local restaurants.
I felt at home, everything I needed was there, the place is clean and well located. Dane gave us the name of a friend in Prague and did call him once, he was as nice as Dana.
Very comfortable, I will do it again. Thanks again Dana
The property was a nightmare to find as Prague at this time of year is full of Roadworks and as we had to use a Sat-Nav it kept taking us back to the roadworks time and again until we found a friendly policeman who gave us alternative route.
When we finally arrived we were met at the property by the owners mother who showed us around the apartment. This was a small ground floor apartment in a big building, but nice and quiet as the building was located on a residential area of the city.
In the apartment the only problem we encountered was in the bathroom which only had a small bath and a shower attachment to the taps with no shower curtain !!! which meant taking baths through out our stay as we did not want to flood the bathroom floor trying to use the shower head.
Our biggest problem though was where to park our rental car as the owner of the apartment told us that as the road was only for residents we would have to find parking in either a hotel or private parking area's which we did not find cheap. We wondered why the owner had not supplied us with a visitors pass for the car or made arrangements other than this for our stay because everyone staying at the apartment with a rental car are going to have the same problem.......
We spent new year eve 2016 with our daughter. The appartment is very well situated in a plasant borough. It is very easy to reach town center by tram in less than 10 mn. The bed is very comfortable and you have got every thing you need to prepare a lunch or a diner. We had a very pleasant stay. Thank you.
Our stay were definitely amazing and the apartment was delicious and cozy..we will surely return..Thank you Dana
We had a wonderful stay here in Prague - we have tons of great memories especially including Dana's apartment! We had dinner every evening at Manna just outside the door and felt we began to know the wait staff there very well!! They are very gracious and were accommodating to all our needs! For example last evening it was threatening rain so we ordered a takeout pizza. They allowed us to take our beer glasses with us to the apartment! Of course we returned them right away! The apartment is convenient to trams for trips all over Prague! We will definitely stay here on return trips to Prague!
The apartment was spacious with a good kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. There's good storage in bathroom for all of your toiletries. The tram is just one block away which takes you to old town.. We enjoyed a concert at the ruperium which was wonderful. There's an Italian restaurant one block away from the apartment called the Porto which was excellent.
