Point of Views is the appropriate name for this beach house.

We grew up going to the beach each year. Once a year was just not enough so we bought this house to enjoy every chance we get. We love the peace and quiet of the beach and the close proximity to shows and history in major cities. We hope you will come to Holden Beach and enjoy as much as we do.
Lynn Day purchased this house in 2003
We bought at Holden Beach because it is the best of both worlds. Beautiful beaches to enjoy the sun and sand and good restaurants and entertainment across the bridge on the causeway. It is convenient to Myrtle Beach and Wilmington, NC when I want more activity.
We love to relax on the porch and watch the boats on the Inter-coastal Waterway. We also enjoy the great shelling opportunities while walking on the beach.
Point of Views, and Lyn...the owner, were awesome. The house was perfect for three couples looking to have a fun weekend for New Years and celebrate an engagement. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was crucial, and the half bath was an awesome bonus. The porch made for a great refreshing way to spend the cool evenings, and the house had everything we needed to prepare meals with. Water pressure in the showers was phenomenal and the water gets super hot really fast. Truly felt like a home, and not a rental. We ran into some issues early with the WiFi, but I was able to contact the owner via text, and she was super helpful really fast. Can't say enough great things about the property and our experience. We'll definitely book here again!!
Second time we have stayed at this property. Everything makes you feel right at home - super comfy beds, TV's everywhere, high speed internet, Keurig coffee maker - all kinds of kitchen items so you can cook as much as you like. Easy access to everything Holden has to offer. Thanks we will be back again!!
Great house and location. Was great to go back to the beach where I have wonderful memories of past visits whenever my children were younger. Now I got to enjoy it with my first grand baby!
This house is a gem. We stayed there for a girls weekend get-away at Holden Beach and loved every minute of it. The house is in a great location: 2 min from public beach access, 3-5min walking distance to town hall, restaurants, ice creamery and the bridge that leads to the island. The house has all the amenities one could possibly need, it is spacious and airy, is lovingly decorated and just very inviting. Everything was clean and as shown on the pictures. What we loved were the numerous porches and we spent most of the time that we were not on the beach on the porch overlooking the sound. It has 2 glider couches and the moment you sit down and start swinging, all of the everyday stress begins to melt away. It was wonderful.
Booking was easy and Lynn is super responsive and we found everything as was described in the instructions.
If you do not want to leave the island for lunch or dinner, there are several close by options. We decided on Captain Pete's Seafood, right across from the house. Fresh seafood, wonderful wines and an upper deck for outdoor dining with view of the sound (sunsets!). Lovely staff too. We had a great evening there.
Many thanks to Lynn and her family for opening her house to visitors. We had a memorable time and are planning to be back again.
We shared this house with 2 other couples for a long weekend, the men enjoyed golf and the women enjoyed the quite house, sun on the beach and shopping.
This house has plenty of room, bathrooms and TV's, enjoyed the decks in the evening and will used this house again in the future
