Four spacious bedrooms with brand new hardwood floors. Central AC, a playroom for the kids. Master bedroom with master bath and two additional full sized bathrooms. Spacious outdoor shower. Enjoy fresh seafood right off the boats at local five star restaurants within walking distance. Enjoy the sunset with a nice cocktail at the infamous Gossman's Dock.

Take the family fishing on one of the numerous boats available within walking distance from the house, or leave the car in the driveway and walk over to the ferry and hid to Block Island for the day. The ferry also offers trips to and from New London Ct. on select days during the summer.

Great Spaciious Clean Home in a perfect location!

My family and I were extremely pleased with this lovely home. It was clean, organized and the location was perfect.

Close to the harbor area with easy access to the beautiful harbor area and close to town as well. The house is very spacious with a perfect layout for entertaining guests and family. There is a thoroughly stocked state of the art kitchen and ample closet space and several showers that were clean and Up to date. The homeowners are available to help with any questions you might have during your stay. Great Vacation!

Amazing house, amazing week, 10/10!

This house was absolutely amazing. The amenities were great, especially the outdoor shower! The house is very spacious, the living room/ kitchen is great for the whole house to hang out in. Quick 5 minute cab ride into town, the deli across the street was perfect for picking up snacks/ breakfast sandwiches. All bedrooms are spacious, the master bathroom is beautiful. We had a wonderful stay at this house and have nothing but positive things to say. Elizabeth was easy to reach and quick to respond when questions came up in the weeks leading up to our rental. We would absolutely rent this house again next summer and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Montauk with friends and family!

Great family home in nice, quiet neighborhood

The house exceeded our expectations - was extremely clean, modern and very spacious - felt right at home. The kitchen was the best room in the house - modern appliances, lots of countertops for prepping and cooking, and an enormous island for extra room. Living in Manhattan I'd do anything for a kitchen like this one! All the bedrooms were very comfortable - it was nice to have a children's room with bunk beds and toys for my sons to play with. The pictures don't do the house justice - it's so much nicer in person. I'd definitely rent again - staying in this house made our trip well worth it!

Perfect vacation home

This was the perfect home for our week long stay in Montauk. Very clean, fully stocked and comfortable. We ended up staying home many evenings for dinner because the kitchen and outside deck and bbq were amazing. The kids loved the bunk beds and were very happy with the games and movies at the house.

Great location in walking distance to the Gosman's area.

Looking forward to coming back next year!
