Thank you for renting your beautiful home to our family! We loved every bit of our visit here. Everywhere in this house, we saw evidence of your love for your family and your love for the Lord Jesu Christ. Our stay at "Luberon Castle" could not have been more perfect. Thank you for your part in his wonderful family celebration. We will cherish the memories of our time here gathered as a family from around the globe.
This house was more than we had hoped for. It had a luxury cabin atmosphere, surrounded by tall trees and vineyards. We all fell in love with the high ceilings and spacious rooms. The huge kitchen that my boyfriend, who is an executive chef, had the greatest time cooking in, is fully stocked with anything you need to make a homemade feast. The living room was inviting and comfortable that no one wanted to leave. Plenty of parking and the Bonus apartment is super cute and came in handy! We would come back to S. Carolina just for this house!!
Norma was also very prompt at answering all my questions and was very helpful. Norma seems very seasoned in vacation rentals, her welcoming folder was very informative and it covered everything I wanted to know. I appreciated the organization.
I would recommend this home to anyone with a big family, multiple families getting together, or girls week or a boys week. We were all very sad to leave this beautiful house, hopefully we will be back again!
Great care and craftmansship went into creating such a welcoming home. From the moment we entered we felt comfortable.
Whether taking advantage of breakfast together at the kitchen island, relaxing on the screened in porch, or having some laughs playing pool in the bonus room, we truly enjoyed our stay..

This home was absolutely perfect for us!
We enjoyed the gathering and social time we had in the kitchen. Everything I needed was available to me!
We used the home to celebrate my daughters birthday and bachelorette weekend.
Preparing breakfast was delightful, and being able to ALL eat together was wonderful.
The homeowner was wonderful to work with. We will definately be renting again for family gathering in the future.
This was our second year staying here and it's just as beautiful as we remembered. We have everything we could possibly need and the seclusion makes for a relaxing trip. It is the perfect place to stay whether a large group, or small. We will be coming back next year for sure!

Wonderful property. Great location. We were a group of four guys on a golf trip and the house suited us perfectly with private baths for all. I agree with other reviews that the pictures don't do it justice.
A few things to note on your stay. Liquor stores in SC close before sunset so head north into NC if you need to re-stock. The TV's in the house are great but they do not have even basic cable. It's a few local Greenville stations and then a few channels that most people wouldn't watch (Scifi Channel and the like). We were there for the final four and thankfully one of us had an HDMI cable to hook to my computer and we used my slingplayer at home to get TBS. Most people probably aren't watching a lot of tv on vacation and I understand the frustration of not wanting to get ripped off by directv or dish but I think you can get a basic Dish setup for $50/month. We had a workaround so it was no big deal but others should come equipped with a HDMI cable and access to programming if that's important. We had a great stay.
This was the perfect home for our family of twelve. The home is large with a very open floor plan. Lots of room for us to have a variety of activities going on at once. We loved the beautiful setting in the woods! It was so nice to sit in the great room and look outside from the floor to ceiling glass windows. We also enjoyed sitting on the screened porch to drink coffee and chat. Unfortunately, it was rainy and overcast during our visit but it didn't put a damper on our indoor activities! The house is well-stocked which was a big plus for us as we enjoy cooking our own meals. The one drawback for us was that we could not get ESPN on the television! We made the best of that situation with our computers but it just wasn't the same for our football fans to not watch the games on the big screen! There are many other channels available and also netflix so no problems at other times. The house is an easy drive to area towns. We braved the rain to visit Hendersonville, Traveler's Rest and Greenville. We particularly enjoyed spending time in Greenville. The Falls at Reedy Park is a great area for walking and there are lots of shops and restaurants in the North and West End areas. Norma was so nice to work with and we appreciated the warmth of family displayed in their home. If we have occasion to be back in that area we would love to spend more time in this lovely setting!
