Wow! where to start? Its Polo's premiere unit for many reasons...Overlooking an outstanding sandy beach and no one above us! Stunning top floor ocean views--in every direction! The condo's on the property's light bright southwest side with less wind and less noise. Maui's best weather! Gentle ocean sounds! On the property's sunny bright side, yet its sheltered lanai gives shade and offers unique full time enjoyment regardless of trade winds. Serene privacy! We can sleep safe and secure with our windows open.(fewer bugs on the top floor).
2012 renovations add to tropical ambiance...Peaceful and spacious! Room to relax without tripping over suitcases or feeling cramped. High ceilings!Breath taking sunsets. Two spa like baths (yes, one complete with TUB). Upscale ambiance...and the constant embrace of carefree relaxation! Island beauty fills each day spent here. Time slows down. And,again: Views--every direction. The penthouse is one of the few units here with excellent views from EVERY main room.
Like most people, our spare time is limited so full time enjoyment of Maui’s splendor matters. We carefully remodeled this top floor condo to take advantage of its premiere beachfront location and views. Designed to maximize the tropical ocean experience, each moment is savored with endless vistas, birds singing, lush garden foliage and nice furnishings. The condo is filled with artwork and furnishings that mirror Hawaii. The condo's lanai is a favorite spot, overlooking the pool, beach, other islands, and Turtle Bay. Dawn’s colors and brilliant sunsets take morning coffee to new heights, and leisurely barbecued hamburger or fish taste better by the ocean.
With the beach, pool and oceanfront walk just steps away, we can easily come and go as often as we please. We couldn’t ask for a more wonderful place in a more perfect area.

This condo is one of our favorite places in the world. We have stayed here at least 4 times and always are in awe of the impeccably appointed and well thought out home.The owners are thoughtful and attentive and so easy and pleasant to work with. Everything you need is in the condo including a spectacular view. From the lanai you can see the beach, mountains, palm trees and whales. The location of Polo Beach is excellent. It is close to fine restaurants and activities but very private. 803 is a true paradise.
My husband and 2 sons stayed in this beautiful condo last week. It is quite a place! Every attention to detail is incredible from the beginning correspondence from the owner until you set foot in this penthouse condo and realize every word and detail are true! Steps to the beach or pool, you will encounter only smiles and a well kept, extremely clean property. Just a walkway away from the Four Seasons, Grand Wailea and other top notch properties you can get to in just minutes. The condo is spacious and comfortable and the upgrades are fabulous. You can really tell the difference between just a rental and a home that is rented privately. You definitely won't be sorry! In fact, you'll be thinking when can we go back - just like my husband and I are trying to figure out!

We joined our best friends from TX and stayed a week in Condo 803. It is a wonderful penthouse condo with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The newly renovated condo is very well furnished and has top name appliances and granite in the kitchen. We loved it and all it had to offer. We spent hours on the lanai having breakfast, lunch or dinner, enjoying the views and protection from the trade winds, and just relaxing. The condo is jut steps from beautiful Polo Beach and we enjoyed the pool too. The condo location is excellent and we enjoyed daily walks along the beach walkway. You can walk to the Fairmont, Four Seasons and Grand Wailea which offer many options for delicious lunches or dinners. We had a fantastic week with our friends and would highly recommend this beautiful condo.
We stayed at the Polo Beach Club #803 for a week with dear friends. We found it so convenient to everything that was available in Wailea and yet was at the quiet end of the beach walk. The beach was really beautiful. We did not cook much but everything was there had we decided to do so. The people in the office were grand. Would definitely consider renting here again. We just returned from a week at Polo 803 and it truly is a lovely vacation home. The condo is immaculate, well furnished, comfortable and the Wailea location can't be beat. Nice pool, well maintained beach and grounds, and quiet. We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay and do not hesitate to recommend.
