We had an amazing stay at this Bridgehampton home! They house was decorated very nicely and is extremely comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and include mature trees, grass, a fountain, and a huge salt water pool. The house is in a great location very close to town. The owner of the home was extremely nice and helpful. Our family of 5 had such a wonderful time renting this home that we are ready to book it for next summer!
Our family rented this home for the past two summers and we don't have enough good things to say about it. We started as a family of 3 the first summer, and grew to a family of 4 the next, and each summer hosted a bevy of friends and family. The home is wonderfully comfortable, the yard is beautiful and lush, the pool is incredible and the back yard in general is perfect for entertaining. This home has wonderful energy, with a great deal of charm, and all the amenities you could ever need. The house is walking-distance to the town of Bridgehampton, a bike ride away from the beach and in close proximity to all the nearby towns. Our young family enjoyed every moment we spent there and have the most fond memories of our time there. Everything from first steps to first swim lesson was experienced at this house which we will always hold near and dear to our hearts. Last but not least, the owners are truly lovely and so accommodating! They took care of everything...entrusted us with all their items to use for our convenience (everything from bikes, kitchen utensils, china and silver), all while giving us space to enjoy as our own home. This home is a piece of the real Hampton's, before sprawling mansions a new construction became the norm. I have rented homes all throughout the Hampton's, though this is our favorite. Time spent here is an investment in memories. We hope you enjoy your time here as much as we did!
House is just 1/2 mile walk to charming downtown Bridgehampton. vintage houses and picket fences are on both sides of the street. Easy bike or drive to beaches, Sag Harbor, nature preserves, restaurants, etc. One month rental minimum; no short-term or group rentals available.
This house has been lovingly and creatively restored, and now it boasts a comforable combination of modern ammenities and period charm without being stuffy. Lots of light, flowers, lawns, and trees, and a pool that will make visitors envious.
It's furnished as an owner-occupied house, with high quality linens, kitchen ware, and furnishings.
