We are only 3 blocks from the beach and downtown restaurants and shops. Yet, our neighborhood is very private and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle. At the end of our street is a playground and Silver Lake - great for the kids.
The house is 15 years old and in excellent condition. The first level is an open floor plan accommodating kitchen, living and dining areas and a 1/2 bath. A master bedroom off the living room includes its own bathroom with marble and glass shower. A second and larger deck (with lounge and deck chairs and table seating for 6) is accessible from the landing leading to the second level. The second floor includes an additional master bedroom (also with marble shower), a queen-size bedroom, and a twin bedroom with two twin beds. Separate exit doors in the master and queen bedrooms lead to a deck in the front of the house. Two queen size bedrooms and an additional bedroom with two twin beds are on the third floor.
An air conditioned sun-room, with second refrigerator, a queen size sofa bed, a table that seats 4-6 and additional seating is located off the kitchen. From there, exit to a patio and deck, a very well landscaped yard and outdoor grilling facilities. An additional queen size sofa bed is in the living room. providing.
Sleeping accommodations for 16 adults. Children under 12 are not included in the count.
All the rooms are large, bright and airy with 9-10 ft. ceilings and crown molding in the living, dining and kitchen areas. Wireless internet is available throughout the house. There are TV's in each bedroom plus one additional in the living area. Laundry facilities are located on the first floor.
